worst scenarios to get stuck in once changed into a vampire

As we all know, when you're changed into a vampire, you're stuck the way you are (i.e. you're pregnant when you get changed, you stay pregnant, the fetus dies inside of you). So what other nasty little predicaments can u people think of? I can think of one dreadfully evil option...being changed while you're on your period. How bad would it be if you were on your period for all eternity?

That would indeed suck, but I don't think it's possible. All metabolic processes stop after one is turned... vampires _don't _ get periods, so I'd assume it would stop if one is turned during that time.

I think the worst things would be fairly superficial. After all, the vampire glamour pretty much fixes everything up/makes one more attractive.

What if you had a giant tumor growing off the side of your body? Surgical tools couldn't pierce the granite hard skin to remove it.

How about if you were in a fire, and Carlisle saved you or something, and half your hair was burned off? That would be terrible! :(

Theoretically, a change would fix that- it heals cuts/scrapes, so it might get rid of it.

I don't know. It depends on wether it is qualified as an illness or an imperfection. If all else fails, have another vampire bite it off or something.
