Admit it, you cried!

Post by OnyxRose »

Sorry if this topic has already been brought up,if it has feel free to shove the link in my face and lock this thing up. :]

I admit, I cried plenty of times while reading both books. That's why I read it in my room with my door locked, my dad would have gotten suspicious...

Anyways...

While reading Twilight, I cried when I started to near the last chapter, knowing that the book would soon be over. But I didn't cry as much as I did when I read New Moon (There were MUCH more reasons to cry in New Moon). When New Moon came around, it's like I had to build a dam to stop the water works.

Especially when Edward left!!! >< (Who didn't?) And when he came back, but they were tears of joy!

What part in Twilight and/or New Moon were you reading when you suddenly broke out into tears?

I know I'm not the only one. ;]

I made it through Twilight just fine, but I bawled when he left in New Moon. I literally had to stop reading for 5mins to calm down enough to read. After that I was so distracted that he was gone that I had to skip ahead to where Alice came back and read to the end just to make sure it was going to be okay.

When Alice came back, oh my gawd! I was so relieved!!! But Still sad because I had thought it was Edward...

I also made it through Twilight without shedding any tears...but I did have to close the book a few times to gather my breath! haha

In New Moon..I was sitting in the middle of a class full of seniors (i am a junior) and I got to the part where Edward left.

OMGAH...I had to stiffle back my tears..(i let a few slip) and I had to stop reading and breath..gah, it was murder!

Now...I am just hoping that I wont have to cry during Eclipse *shivers*

Ugh, I know. That happened to me once. That's why I don't read at school anymore...although I get tempted and do. You can't blame me for being obsessed. :]

Sorry to say neither of these books have brought me even close to crying. Very, very few books have been able to do that with me.

Nope... I was a little shocked at his leaving, nothing more. And no, I'm not as pathetic as the rest of you that I have to skip ahead just to keep reading... I kept reading, not skiping ahead (Seriously! That ruins the whole friggen point of the book!). Cry during a book? Hah... funny, like, hilarious. I.don't.cry. I'v sat through funerals and not cried so I dunno if I count or not :P.

Have a great day full of puppies, rainbows, and the like!

I didn't cry what-so-ever during Twilight. It was amazing, but it didn't bring me to tears. New Moon however... Edward leaving was just too much of a shock. And so sad!

Honestly, I don't remember how I felt when I read New Moon, I think I was in too much shock.
