Woo-hoo! First post!

I never really had theories when I was reading Twilight on who should play Edward, I had just kind of an image and nothing more.

But I think he'll be good. If you watch him in interviews, he shows such a wide range of emotion in one look that I think is perfect for Edward.

I've been watching Goblet of Fire for some Rob Pattinson references to go off of!

At first I was unsure about him being Edward but after seeing the MTV and ET interviews I'm actually excited!!! I think the movie will turn out great!!! (but the movie is never as great as the books )

i have loved rob ever since GOF ok one of the best behind the scenes quotes was "I've figured out how to fly, you just use some wires." and he says it so srcastically its so funny i love rob so much

I think he'll do a fantastic job. I'm horrible at creating mental pictures, so I never actually pictured anyone as Edward, but I think he fills the vague outline of Edward that I had. It really frustrates me when everyone is like, "I hate him as Edward! He is horrible and ugly!" He is just fine, thank you very much. You've hardly ever seen him act, and in my opinion, Edward's hotness comes much more from his gentlemanly actions than from his appearance.

After watching the MTV video, I literally just hyperventilated. Even after watching it for over 219887865 times already, whenever I get to the part where he says 'You better hold on tight, spidermonkey' I just die. Hahaha. Although I pictured Edward differently when I was reading Twilight, I don't think anyone else could play Edward better than him. I looooove you Rob!

Robert is a very good actor for his age. Turning 22 in two weeks and has played characters from Cedric Digory to Salvador Dali.
I do beleive in few years he'll be the next Jude Law.

Gah! Alot of people are saying that , I can't stand Jude Law . I dont think RPatz needs to be compared with another Actor . He's perfect the way he is

I think he'll be a good Edward. I loved him as Cedric Diggory, and after watching a few interviews, I can say that I imagine his voice at some moments in the book, although I still keep the Edward image I had when I first read Twilight.
