Haha, The Host would definitely be a good one for her, but otherwise i'm not much into sci-fi books myself. I'd have to call myself a fantasy girl

2. Did you catch on right away as to why Jacob was calling?
No, actually I didn't at all. I was still trying to figure out the whole spontaneous florida thing, so my mind wasn't really on Jacob. When she realized that he had called about her being changed, it was kind of smack in the face for me. It just seemed like Jacob didn't trust Bella at all, and it bothered me.
3. Were you surprised to learn of the altercation between Emmett and Paul? Who do you feel was at fault?
Well I know that if there were to be a big vampire vs. werewolf brawl, Emmett and Paul would be the first to jump in. So their fighting didnt really surprise me under the circumstances. I want to believe that Paul was the one at fault (mostly because i have bad vampire to werewolf stereotypes), but it really seems like a thin line between fault and accident.
4. Compare Bella's relationship with Charlie in chapter 2 to her relationship with Renee in chapter 3.
Well Bella seems to avoid real contact with Charlie as much as she can, not in a bad way, she just seems to always have something more important to do when she's around him, but I bet she would drop everything to be with Renee. Bella seems like she doesn't want to hide anything from her mom, and that she feels more comfortable, like back in the day where all this vampire/werewolf craziness wasn't messing everything up.
5. Come up with a plane crash scenario for Edward to try and think his way out of.
Ooooh fun!
So it's a dark and stormy night. Edward is watching Bella sleep on the way home from a nice trip to Florida (first class of course). He's listening to the gossip of the flight attendants in the back when he hears a strange sputtering noise coming from below. He knows no one else can hear it yet and doesn't want to panic anyone, so he searches for the pilot's stream of thought to make sure it's not something too severe. When Edward hears the pilot practically screaming in his mind about how far they are off course and if the engine keeps malfunctioning the plane might fall, he has to do everything in his power not to punch out the window right there and get Bella out of there as fast as he can. The one training I didn't bother to take... he thinks to himself, knowing that he can't help the pilots because he doesn't know anything about planes. Edward decides to wake Bella in case they have to make a break for it, or rather, he has to make a break for it. She stirs a little, but seems much too far away to wake completely, so he decides it would be better for her to be unconscious than only half-aware. But when others around him begin hearing the noises, now a cacophony in his over-sensitive ears, Edward knows something is really wrong. Flight attendants begin skittering up the aisles to check on the pilots, and Edward listens to the thoughts of one who enters the captain's cabin. Oh God! He's fainted! she's practically screaming and he's surprised it's not audible to everyone else. Edward unbuckles himself despite the flashing seatbelt sign, and his inhuman reflexes and balance are the only things keeping him upright on the now-shaking plane. His afraid to leave Bella, but she still hasn't woken up, so he continues anyway. He's afraid for his life, and worse, for Bella's, so, not even bothering with the handle, Edward bursts into the captain's cabin where three confused waitresses are scrambling to help the slumped over pilot. Hearing the directions from one of the flight attendant's swirling thoughts, Edward sits down to the controls. The employees don't even bother questioning him, and their helpful thoughts are almost drowned out by the roaring engine. Following the directions as closely as he can, Edward steers the plane onto a nearby field like a pro, because, of course, Edward can do nothing wrong.
The End
