Tada! :D
Wish she'd come to Britain... lol

I totally didn't know there was a thread for these books!
I just finished The Sweet Far Thing today.
I'm kind of depressed. lol But slowly getting over it.
I understand the reasons.
Wow, that was a good book!

Thank you. So much. Unfortunately, I see she isn't coming to Pennsylvania, not that anyone really ever does anyway. Ah well. I'm still only reading the first book, I'm not sure how I feel about it yet but I always like to go to book signings and events like that.

I cried for ever at the end when kartik died. I just wanted them to be happy......i thought the third book was wonderful, but i really really wished that for once everyone would have turned out happier. Im happy that gemma went to america however....I think it was a good thing for her.

ladygem, your avatar reminds me of the Realms... or maybe the Borderlands :D
Just thought I'd tell ya lol

I thought it would end happy for a change too. But to make me feel better I've desided in my head that Gemma eventually finds away to bring Kartik back since Libba said we had to make up out own final endings lol

I've only read the first two, because my bookstore is sold out of the 3rd one. I love Kartik and Gemma though. It sucks that he had to die, and I'm sure I'll bawl when I read it. My favourite character is Felicity, just because she's so princessy and desperate for power, but at the same time she's a heartfelt character. Nell Hawkins creeped me out though. But anyways, I'm re-reading the series while I'm waiting for the new one, cause I haven't read it in two years, and forgot most of the storyline.

I've only read A Great And Terrible Beauty (don't you just love the title??) but I'm totally hooked. My favourite characters Kartik and I found out what's going to happen to him at the end (by accident) and I'm really upset...
I need to go get Rebel Angels...

i'm almost finished with The Sweet Far Thing and so far it is just as good as the last two! Exciting! It's a bit longer, but in this case it makes the story better!
