My parents don't care my dad's like totally oblivious. My mom's a bit concerned but not about the read about the whole twilight is in my everyday conversations. Basically stating that i'm not allowed to talk about it around her. but they're fine with it.

My parents could honestly care less. They know i read a lot of books with vampires in it, and they just laugh whenever they see me reading another one.

My mom doesn't like me reading anything occult based, but then who's to say it matters what she wants me to read?

My parents really don't mind...they think it's funny how obsessed I am with these books. :) :) :)

Haha, when my Mum got me the book, I didn't mention the vampire thing.
But she had a brief moment, which can only be described by this emoticon:  .

Suddenly everything was on fire; there was brilliancy, there was beauty. When you were gone, the meteor had fallen over the horizon, everything went black. Nothing had changed, but my eyes were blinded by the light. I couldn't see the stars anymore.
And there was no more reason for anything.

At the beginning my mum didn't care, but I've got more and more obsessed with vampires, that now she HAVE to care... :P
She really dislikes it now..., but still I'm glad she isn't forbidding me from reading those books or something like that... :)
Happiness rushed threw me
Like an arrow on the way to its goal
Now I finally can be free
Cause the arrow is now bearid in my soul

parents and twilight

Mine really don't care. They've heard alot about it though. A while back ago I was hooked on Harry Potter. My brother thinks it is really stupid. My dad just rolled his eyes when I told him it was about a forbiddein love of a vampire and human. i have about 40 people at my school who are hooked. most of their parents like it. One of my friend's mothers read it and said it was to teenager. My best friend's parents absolutly hate it. They don't want her reading it, but she loves the series.

Yes, that is right, I would just read it in private.
I think it is stupid when people try to ban books too. Especially Harry Potter. By the way has any one read of Twilight being banned or challenged? Horrible thought but i'm sure someone would want to. I would want to kill them. How about you?

My parents are cool with it. I've been watching Buffy since I was about 12 or 13 so it was no surprise when I became obsessed with vampires. And mum's read the books and she thought they were pretty awesome. So, my parents are fine with it.
