Ack, I hate it when my computer eats posts. Anyhow, I absolutely love the sweater you linked to!

Ahyes, I accidentally deleted Thrifty Poodle out of frustration, layouts can kill them. But glad you like the new blog and the AE sweater is gorgeous! AE always impresses me with there cardigans, but this one must be one of personal favorites.

This belongs in the Magazine thread but I must say US Vogue is starting to annoy me a bit :(
We need more models on the covers (Yes, I know Kate Moss was on the cover of this months issue but basically she's more celebrity than model), and can they please change the outrageous/ridicules model poses with basic plain background spreads; it's a bit boring now, and before mobs of Voguetts coming raging down the hill with pitch forks, I do respect and love Anna; she's classy and makes Vogue what it should be, class plus elegance. But, my gosh, the editorials and spreads do nothing but bore me at times. Though there still is it's good bundle of models, interviews and spreads, which is why I read Vogue, still ... some of the issues just don't really 'bring it' for me; like but not absolutely love.
But I will say the fact I like fashion with a bit more fierce attitude, the sophisticated elegance that Anna really is, may cause me to be more judgemental. Plus US Vogue helps level out the fields in spunk and sophisticated.

Ah ok, anyway lol, I never heard of the China Glaze nailpolish Ashley, but it looks wonderful, the neons , love.

I like the palm tree picture especially.

Ah, that sweater is obsession worthy. And none of my friends would want it because it's logo-free :D

Vogue is soo commercial compared to foreign Vogues. I like Kate Bosworth, and SJP, but where's Daria and Gemma? I loved that cover from 2004 or 2005 with 9 models (Carolina, Daria, Gemma, Karen, etc.). That was the last decent model cover I remember.

When is Anna going to retire? You should read her bio, Front Row by Jerry Oppenheimer, Lesley. It was very insightful. I love when Ugly Betty used to show Fey looking just like Anna.

I do like Anna as a whole, she seems such like an interesting person to talk to, minus the whole btchy affairs lol. Oh and the book would be a fantastic read in her own mine, I'll have to pick up this week :D

Though Anna's time is up, she's been in Vogue for 20 years and she's losing her edge now; Vogues issues are bordering on T.V for the repetitive model usage *cough* Agyness *cough* and commercial like spreads.
Wintour should be making fashion art, Canada + the US is hardly taken seriously for pure fashions, personally I don't think Anna is doing nothing to achieve the fabulous new American designers and doing a repetitive use of the cookie-cutter white models showing off Chanel.
... With the same background of tan, gray, white and blue. Hah, I really should get over that.

MAGAZINES NEED MODELS, I will say that. It's not only Vogue, but I don't care to see celebrity on the covers twentyfourseven while there's some brilliant models out there and not getting the recognition they deserve. Money is money, you have to have celebs on covers but would it kill Vogue putting up Coco Rocha, Maryna Linchuk or whoever on the cover every once and a while? Kate Moss does not count.

Ok, since this is the fashion thread, I thought I'd ask here. Where can buy a flannel shirt (Bella style, for women/ junior's) in stores?

'Are we going to feel complete at the end of Breaking Dawn?'' she whispered pleadingly....''I can't really answer that question for you,'' she said, her voice both cheerful and firm. ''But I felt closure.''
