I really wish I could go see Rent at the Paramount! I saw Wicked there last September, and it was awesome! It would be sooo cool if I could see Rent, too. The movie was pretty good, but it's gotta be even better on stage.

*SQUEEEEEEEEEE* i'm seeeing it on sunday in albuquerque! i'm SO fexcited!!!! it's going to be amazing! although i'm sad that it's not the OBC anymore

if i had seen it with the OBC i probably would have died and gone ot heaven right then and there ahah. but rent is amazing! i looved the movie and i know the broadway version will be 10098230498209348508234x more amazing than any motion picture! i'm so excited, i actually might pee myself! haha

I'm so jealous! I wanted to go see RENT at the Paramount but the weekend tickets were all up in the Mez, and on weekdays I have long and late rehearsals for my schools upcoming musical! ARGH! But I did see it when it toured about 3 years ago... It's so good!

Ahhhhh...I saw it 2 years ago on Broadway when Jai Rodriguez was playing Angel for a month or two. I also saw it when it toured. Still haven't seen the movie yet though. I think I know the entire soundtrack by heart now...XD

I'll have to check out some music from Spring Awakening...it sounds fascinating!

i saw the tour two weeks ago! it was absolutely amazing! i got to meet the cast at the stage door and all of them were super nice, especially harley jay, who plays mark cohen.

personally, i thought this cast was the best i've seen, not counting the obc of course. each actor really captured the character; it was awesome to see. declan bennett's (roger) british accent irritated me a bit, especially when he said the word "glory". other than that, everything was great.

i know the soundtrack by heart too!!!!

it was...interesting
Angel was the best character in the whole damn thing

I LOVE Rent!!! i saw it twice now on Broadway and i swear it's the most beautiful, phenomenal show ever! a bunch of my theater friends all went to go see Spring Awakening and loved it as well, so i can't wait to go see that too. i really want to do rent as my school show but obviously since we live so close to NY we can't get it, plus my school probably wouldn't approve of it since apparently we're living in the 1950's...ugh oh well

I am going to see RENT...in New York....where Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp (Original Mark and Roger, also in the moveie)....are performing with the cast.
