Canadian thread, eh?

Post by jenn_1314 »

So.....I just thought there should be one for the few Canadians here. Not complaining; this is an american site afterall...

Just remembered come across a few Canadians on this site....that's all.

So, WHO'S FROM MAPLE SYRUP LAND?? <--that's what I call CND. Yepp. Or Hockey Land. Or, rather, Maple Syrup/Hockey Land........

And have any of you non-Canadians been to anywhere in this great country I hail from??

^tehe, flag colours!

I'm a Canuck. :D I'm from Toronto.

...It may sound weird, but I don't like hockey and I don't eat maple syrup. *le gasp* I also don't understand why our national animal is a beaver. What's up with that? One Canadian thing I love: we should be living in igloos.

IGLOOS ARE AWESOME!!

I love hockey!
And I don't eat the maple syrup, but it's fun to collect the sap then go through the whole freaking process of turning it into the yummy syrup. I rarely have pancakes though......

TML FOREVER!!!!

xD

Erm, the beaver thing.....tis probably because the settlers used their fur for stuff........sadly, that made no sense to me.

Wooh, I'm like and hour away from Toronto :D

I hate skating too; I avoid the ice as much as I can. And I don't like maple syrup. Not the real stuff anyway.

Igloos are awesome, though I've never actually seen one in person
