Bella HAS to turn

Post by michL87 »

I think that all through New Moon Bella will be trying to convince Edward to turn her, and someone (maybe Carlisle) will turn her at the end. Then Eclipse will be the transition of Human Bella to Vampire Bella. We will learn why Edward cannot read her mind, how that relates to her "special talent" and so on.

If she isn't turned and they can't be together forever, it will be heartbreaking. She cannot get old and her and Edward cannot be apart.

I dunno. I think she should become a vampire- but i think you can connect with her more as a human. does that make sence? ok ok ok- it would drive me crazy if she was turned into a vampire at the very end and i didn't get to see what happened after that- so i think she should become a vampire in the middle- so that you know her as a human, and also as a vampire. I hope that sounded right, i'm all confuzzled

I think that she should become a vampire after she finishes highschool and lives her last year before becoming 18.
Also I think Charlie needs her. She should stay human until Charlie finds someone to marry or live with.
Then I see no problem or selfishness in her becoming a vampire!
Her and Edward could live happily ever after!

It's interesting that you should say that you would want to know what happened. I wouldn't. I read a fanfiction about Bella becoming a vampire and (it was written well, but) I didn't like Bella as a vampire because thats not the way I knew her from the start. But I also think you're right by saying Charlie should find someone else first. And I don't know about anyone else but I feel Phil's and Renee's relantionship isn't very strong (didn't it say in the book he was way younger than her anyway?) so she should probably find someone else first.

I don't knwo why everyone seems to be concerned about Bella finishing school before she becomes a vampire. I understand her turning 18 because that would make her be able to live away from Charlie and Renee legally, but if she became a vampire she could always finish school or go back later on.

Sorry if you got bored reading my post. I feel very strongly about the things I've said. :D

I really do want Bella to become a vampire but it has to be at the right moment, I would hate for her to be turned to early but if she ended up being 30 before she got changed, it would ruin the whole "cuteness" of the couple...

This is going to sound so mean but how much you want to bet that either something bad happens to bella to where edward has to pick real fast wether he wants to change her or not or someone like James would force change her. And then that is when the books end is when Bella is changed otherwise what other problems could go on without bella being human? It would loose the whole danzle in distress thing!

I don't personally think that there could be any possible way for Edward to become human again. Therefore, Bella should be turned into a vampire at some point. If Bella were to change into a vampire, she would be able to stay with Edward indefinatley, and also Edward wouldn't have to be so careful with her.

That's true. I hadn't thought of that.

I think that Ms. Meyer will have to wait until her leg has healed before Bella can turn into a vampire because otherwise it would be akward for Bella to know when to stop pretending to have the cast around her leg and things like that because if she did turn into a vampire while her leg was hurt wouldn't it be healed straight away when she turns into a vampire. I think Ms. Meyer won't turn her in the next book.

I've always thought that the whole idea of her becoming a vampire would pan out in one of two ways. First off, she would make a conscious decision for it to happen. Hasn't she all ready? Isn't that what she was asking for at the end of Twilight? Bella would willingly go to another vampire and ask them to change her. Now, we all hope that vampire would be Edward, but it seems unlikely.

The other option is the one I have always favored - that Edward would be forced to do it or lose her forever. And by lose I mean that she would die. That's how all Carlisle does things, so I can't see Edward being any different. And as accident prone as Bella is, it seems most likely that this will be the case. The problem with this is that we had that option at the end of Twilight and it didn't happen. Modern medicine is so advanced that even the most dangerous wounds are curable these days.

Which leave us with option one. It's a vicious cycle!

I would definitely prefer to see Edward in a situation where he had to change Bella...it just makes for more suspense I guess!!

But yeah...it could come down to moder medicine again...and the whole drama about saving her...maybe Bella will have to go to another vampire to turn her?

But then...if she does, here is my question:

Edward has forbidden his family to change her...so do you think any of them will take the chance?

I don't know...but I think not. I don't think they will want Edward on their bad side...so then we have the possibility of a strange vampire coming into play...but how will we know they will change her, and not just feed of her and kill her instead?

It would seem like a really big risk to take!!!

Sorry...this is my babbling...trying to make some sense of what could come! :?
