Poor Edward; he's always tempted.
Haha! That would be hilarious! He probably would be feeling so awkward
Amen to that! Poor Edward

^LOL. I love how innocent Bella honestly is, and how Edward always has to be the one in control.
I REALLY wish Stephenie would do Edward's POV for all of the books, especially New Moon; that'd be very interesting to see what it was like for him whilst he was gone, and before he left, and while he was "leaving" Bella.
Jacob's POV for NM would be interesting, too.
Hmmm, for Midnight Sun, it'd also be cool to see how deep Edward is with his music; his love for piano, and composing Bella's lullaby. (:
I think it will be great to have it from the point of view of Edward to see how Bella changes him to become more human. At first he couldn't stand the smell of Bella. He really wants to kill her for his thirst in the beginning. But he falls in love with her and gradually, he is able to get closer to Bella thus being more human. It will definitely be an interesting read. It will also be a parallel account of Bella (the Ying Yang).
But I have to contradict myself. The story is about Bella. She is the narrator. Essentially, the story should only be told by Bella. If told by anyone else, it wouldn't be as good. But curiosity kills the cat! That tromps this idea.
I was talking about this today with someone. I'm interested in seeing Bella through Edward's eyes. Part of the reason so many fans have fallen totally for Edward is because we see him through Bella. She's in love with him so we are in love with him.
But the reverse of that is seeing Bella through Edward's eyes. Not a lot of people LOVE Bella the way they do Edward. She gets a lot of vulgar language is ugly as a character. (I think she acts fairly typical for a teenage girl but whatever.) I wonder if opinion of who Bella is will change once we see her in Edward's eyes.
When I read that first chapter of Midnight Sun, Edward sounded pretty snobby. Haha. I wonder if that voice will change as well. All we've seen is a very rough draft. I'm sure he'll change a lot in our opinions after being in his head for a while.
I honestly can't wait for Edwards PoV. Hearing other peoples thoughts like Jessica's or Mike's. I find Bella's narration a bit annoying. She seems so helpless. Hopefully in Breaking Dawn she'll have some sort of power rather than standing on the sidelines cheering on the team. Plus Twilight is my favorite out of the series so Midnight Sun will just be a joy to read.
Does anyone know what time frame will be covered by Midnight Sun (besides SM)? Will it just be Twilight? Or the whole Series?
When I initially heard about the project I was thinking it would cover the entire series, but since the whole first chapter (the sample rough one on the SM website) only spans from lunch to the end of the school day (about 4 hours?) that would make for a very long book.
"I promise to love you forever--every single day of forever." ~Edward Cullen
i'd have to say that after reading the first chapter of Midnight Sun, i'm really anxious & excited to get into Edward's head. WIth the first chapter i was really able to understand Edward's boredom with the constant little petty things around him- being so bored with the same constant thoughts of the "regualr humans" around him. I have to admit i even became frustrated when Edward wasn't able to read Bella's thoughts, haha i thought to myself "what the heck!? what's she thinking" even though i had twilight to answer all my questions XD I really understand where Edwad was coming from, not only that but the Biology scene! I could almost feel his torment; and his continuous talk of the "monster" in his head, the vampire instinct that's inside him...it was so intimidating to me & not only that but i feel like i was actually beginning to understand how hard it must be for Edward to be around Bella- how much he really must love her to have to fight back so much. Not only that but how he was thinking of ways to kill her! that really hit me hard since i could sense how powerful that "monster" in his head really is...
P.S.
i CANNOT WAIT! for the portion where he goes to see Bella w/o her knowing and also the first night he stays with Bella, when she says she loves him in his sleep i'm definately going to melt once i find out what he was thinking on that part!!
Cause I've been waiting for a miracle, and I'm not leaving
I'm so excited to see what everyone around him is really thinking. It's going to be so hilarious. xD Was it Jessica or Lauren who had the fantasys about him?? lol that must have been so embarrassing and acward for him. lol
But i think i'm looking forward to reading his reaction when he realizes he's in love w/ Bella. It's going to be so sweet. ^^

She has to do it for new moon and eclipse... right? I mean she wouldnt just stop at Midnight Sun....... Right?
I agree with you completely, 200%. He always seems so calm whilst she is on the verge of tearing his pants off, you can only wonder what exactly is going through his mind at the time.
