Maybe the song Completely devoted to you, by Olivia Newton John. Also, in the TV show, Pushing Daisies, one of the characters sings it in a certain episode. Just throwing that out there. Heres the link to video on youtube:

Olivia Newton Johns version: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DJpyG3PXoKw

Pushing Daisies version: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kbe1m30RS8c

There is also this one song called L-O-V-E, by Nat King Cole. I thought maybe it could work for the after party. Heres the link for Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JErVP6xLZwg

Also, A Moment Like This, by Kelly Clarkson, Anywhere But Here, by Hilary Duff, Beautiful, by Christina Aguilera, or Because you Loved Me, by Celine Dion for the after party

Who ever said Everything by Michael Buble is a genuis! It would be perfect. It is a terriblely romantic song. It fits them so perfectly. It is upbeat but not too fast. I love that song! If Edward doesn't compose something it should totallly be Everything.
Third place would be Summertime by Drew Seeley. He is amazing and it is a super romantic song. Check it out on his myspace:
Third song down on the player.

i really don't think that it would be bella's lullaby [for the already stated reasons].

so these are what i would have serously considered:
*clair de lune- claude debussy
*this year's love- david gray
http://www.stlyrics.com/lyrics/girlnext ... rslove.htm
*yellow- coldplay
*forever- chris brown
http://www.metrolyrics.com/forever-lyri ... brown.html

i know that bella can't dance, but the lyrics to the last one just kind of fit.

Unless it is a song that Edward composes, which I think is likely, I don't think Stephenie would actually say what the song was so the book would be more timeless, just a thought though...

If Edward doesn't compose somthing or other then i think these songs would be good. How bout some Phill Collins "You'll Be In My Heart" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=05MykSuO ... re=related

Aerosmith "I Don't Want To Miss A Thing"

xD :) Oh, and I think it would be sexy if Edward sang the wedding song ;)

THE MOST PERFECT SONG for the wedding would probably be "Invincible" by Muse.

especially the second verse...
"What you leave behind
What you choose to be
and whatever they say
Your soul's unbreakable."

It's like it was written for twilight... about changing Bella, and about Edward's beliefs...
The perfection just slays me.
I was going to say that!! It is most definitely the perfect song and reflects their whole relationship to a T. Not to mention it's a beautiful song.
"For the dead travel fast."

Bella's lullaby

Post by fanpirefreak »

I think it will be Bella's lullaby! I mean it is the perfect song after all! Edward wrote it for Bella! Or it could be another song Edward wrote for her. That would be soo sweet!!!!

I love the words from "The Reason" by Hoobastank for them---it's perfect.

But neither of them would have that at their wedding. I agree that it would be really romantic if Edward composed something, or if they played the Lullaby he wrote.
So little posts! However, I've been here on the forums every day for about 2 years... reading. *SIGHS* If only my rating would reflect how many times I'm on this site a day---even if I don't always log in.

Okay so we're starting an alternate lexicon to help keep us sane while its shut down. We're prolly going to close it as soon as the lex is back up. And we won't allow spoilers (=
It'd be really awesome if you guys could join and help spread the news! Its still in construction at the moment though!

The Divine Comedy - The Light of Day
I know we'll be alright
'Cause even though the skies above are cold and gray
I'm sure tomorrow we will see the light of day
The light of day shining through our window pane

Mercury Rev - Down Poured the Heavens
Down poured the heavens
Down fell my love
The brightest of beings
Cast from above
When into my darkness I praise the god sublime
Who let this fallen angel into this world of mine

Richard Hawley - Baby, You're My Light
Last time the years have gone the moment's on you know it
But I believe in you and now I'll show it
And as life goes on you know you don't have to hate
All you find
Baby, you're my light...
