well wow...

I was hoping that they would show on Saturday. Well, looks like I'm going on Thursday and Saturday as well. The only thing that I'm uneasy about is that the "Talent attendance subject to change" since I REALLY want to meet Robert the most. However, it would be cool to meet the rest of the cast as well.

I got my Thursday ticket! ^_^ I'll be seeing everyone else there! ^_^

Since I love you all here is some

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!

As you all know, "The Summit Entertainment Comic-Com panel discussion will take place on Thursday, July 24, 2008 in Hall H of the San Diego Convention Center." What most of you may not know is that Getting into Hall H and Ballroom 20 (the two biggest rooms at the convention, where naturally the major panels are held) is no longer a last minute decision. Lining up well in advance, and even sitting through some other panels ahead of the one you're really interested in, has pretty much become a necessity.

Hall H holds about 6,500 and "Even though your badge is needed to get into all events, it does not guarantee you access to any event if it has reached its capacity. We do not clear rooms between events. Most autograph signings are of a limited nature. Your badge does not guarantee autographs at any event"

PLEASE, if you want to get a good seat or for that matter a seat at all, please get there VERY EARLY! I would HATE for Twilight Fans to get there and not be able to get a seat.

Okay now I'm going Thursday too. lol

If anyone wants to carpool that day too.. let me know?!?

I live in Ontario by the way.
Well, I happen to live in Riverside, CA
I think we should save the planet by stuffing our cars. I don't mind driving those that need a ride from the Inland Empire. And now it seems I MUST go on Thursday.
The only thing is that I sort of wanted to go Saturday as well. Is it too late to get a hotel at a decent price?

paradigm_shifter,

I'm not quite sure. Make sure to check websites and stuff as soon as you can. I have heard that it is hard to find a hotel when comic con is around.

Here are some sites that might help you with hotels:
http://www.comic-con.org/cci/cci_hotel.shtml
http://www.tphousing.com/res/startres.a ... AttCode=72

Another thing that you can do is google locations near downtown and then drive to the convention.

Well, I used to live in San Diego so I'm familar with the neighborhoods. Anything in Gaslamp or Little Italy is within walking distance to the convention center. If all else fails I might just end up crashing at some old friends' places.

Does anyone know if the meet and greet is for sure? And how would I be able to ensure that I would be allowed into it?

Bumblebee33,

Since they haven't announced the offical time its hard to say. Here is a link to a video that shows Hall H.

halfpastsunday,

That I'm not sure of. Since Hall H can hold 6,500 people it would be kind of hard to meet them. I'm just look at the time it took stephenie at her signing, and I think that was less. What I think they might do is a kind of raffle. At least thats what they have done before with other events. However, I'm not sure, so don't quote me on that.
