this is direct from stephenie's website:

**Attendees will receive a special Breaking Dawn bookplate to commemorate this pre-launch event. Stephenie will only autograph one bookplate per person—no personalizations, exceptions or substitutions. No cameras allowed during the autographing.

I did see that, guess I was just hopeful. Aw well, still so lucky to be going. Thanks for the clarification! :D

OK back with more details and will have more probably later in the week.

Borders at 34th street (Penn Plaza/Madison Square Garden)
Totally in an awesome spot for anyone taking the train back to Long Island or New Jersey is absolutely doing a midnight release.

Columbus Circle (59th and 8th) totally doing a midnight release.
I'm leaning towards this is the location I'm going to be at.

Both sites are equidistant from the Nokia and their parties start at 10:00 which sounds like decent timing to me.

That Virgin Store also sounds like a great option if you are just looking for a book with no party. Definitely someone talk to the manager though to make sure that there are enough books. 100 fans showing up and 5 books to be had would be so not pretty!

That's great! Here I was thinking I would have to wait till I flew home the next day to get a copy......I'm not sure which event I'll go too, probably whichever one is closest to the hotel my mom and I decide to stay at.

She's been near Philly for two years now. She was in Philly and Princeton, which is like a half hour away, for New Moon, and again last year for Eclipse.

And there are still a lot of other Borders and B&N's that are doing release parties

She came to a Barnes & Noble about half an hour away from my town here in Northern MA once, a bunch of my friends went and met her.....very frustrating that she was so close and I didn't know!
