I've bought it the 31 at 10 am, but I haven't read the first chapter yet! It's on my desk looking at me...I don't know how i'm doing! I think i'm afraid to read it and after to be starving for more...I've done the t-shirt tranfert tought, and it didn't work I was so dissapointed..

I kept asking my parents before it came out and since it came out on a Saturday my mom brought me to buy it. She doesn't really know anything about the books, or any of my books at that matter, so she just thought it was a completely different book. If I would've told her I already had the "same" book and that the special edition just has the Breaking Dawn cover, the first chapter of Breaking Dawn, and the t-shirt things--I don't know the appropriate name for them--she wouldn't have bought it for me. Oh well, anything Twilight is too important to miss out on.

I've heard quite a few people say the transfers don't work. I haven't tried mine yet, (Team Edward 8)) but I'll be very careful when I do.

The transfers are "eeeeh" at best. I did mine on a white shirt and it came out looking a little faded because all the red didn't transfer. So I guess it looks worn, but they seem to stretch fine at least (which is more than I can say for some transfers).

I think I'll try Team Jacob first and try to work out the kinks with his and then I'll attempt Edwards. :D

I was goig to do both anyway, but this way Edwards has a better chance of looking the best.

Haha! Good idea. I got mine the day it came out, and I'm a bit scared to use the Edward one b/c I don't want to mess it up... but now thanks to you, that hopefully won't be the case!

You know what I got the book about two weeks ago andread the first chapter, and didn't realize until i got out of the store that the iron on transfers WEREN'T in my book!!!!!!

That made me so mad, but i don't think that the store could do anything, even if i had the reciept, which i think is somewhere on my bedroom floor right now.

I don't know which store you may have gotten it from, but any reputable chain, such as Barnes & Noble or Target would let you exchange it, especially if you have a receipt. Since the book didn't have the transfers, it is technically a defective product, and retailers don't usually give customers a hard time about defective products that they have no control over. You should try to get a new one. If you don't want to waste a trip, give them a call and explain the situation before going.
As a manager in a large retail chain, I feel pretty confident you'll be able to get those transfers!

Im getting creative with my transfer. I want it on black so I scanned mine in to my computer work a little Paint Shop Pro magic and VOILA! Its ready to go on a dark t-shirt. Then I printed it on dark t-shirt transfer, spent a ridiculous amount of time cutting it out very carefully and ironed it on. It looks amazing when you use dark t-shirt transfers! Im a huge fan of those.

WHen I bought my Eclipse special edtion, I bought it at a Frys grocery store in AZ. I had to use the restroom and this girl about my age (23-25) comes in and she sees it in my hand and she was like "I love those books!" So we got to chatting about them and I told her all about BreAking Dawn because she didnt know and the release parties and she was so excited! People kept coming in and out as we were readining the first chapter of Breaking Dawn IN A BATHROOM and they were looking at us like we were insane! HAHA! Good times!

When I finally got my mom to take me to the store and I bought it we stopped to get dinner and while we were waiting I called my also obsesed friend and read her the first chapter. My brother told me I was a freak, but if thats what I am I'm ok with that. But I think Im just obsessed, happily obsessed.
