"Breakfast time," he said eventually, casually...
So I clutched my throat with both hands and stared at him with wide eyes.
Shock crossed his face.

That Observer article was pretty good, but man, enough already with the anti-feminism! I am pretty sure Stephanie has made it very clear that she is not anti-feminist. Its just getting a little annoying.

Ha. I liked THAT article.

I know Edward is 117, but when I calculate it in my head, I only get 107, not 117.

I'm confused. If he was born in 1901, then 1901 to 2001 is 100 years old, and then add 7 years (2001-2008), then that makes it 107. I've had this question ever since I found out Edward's age. Am I just retarded?

Stephenie's book, The Host, was #3 of "7 things you'll love this month" in Glamour magazine's May issue (page 208).

It has a Q & A with Stephenie and starts out with the following:

"The Twilight vampire trilogy gave author Stephenie Meyer rock-star status with legions of tweens, and now --- finally! --- comes her first adult novel, The Host, a love story about aliens."
