1. What do you think about the honesty the boys show each other?
I am glad that for the moment they are being civil to eachother. Also, I am glad that they are discussing the reasons behind why Bella wants Edward to stay with her and other decisions Bella has made.
2. Are you surprised to see Edward admitting his jealousy and showing less patience?
I wasn't surprised, because Edward and Jacob were being honest with eachother. Jacob sees Edward as kind of always perfect, calm and well mannered. Edward was being honest with Jacob by showing Jacob that he really does have human feelings about Bella and her relationship with Jacob.
3. How did you feel about Edward's four options regarding Bella?
It makes sense that Edward would have determined all the options in engaging in a relationship with Bella. I am glad that Edward realizes that forcing her into option 1 was the worst mistake he made. Edward kind of stuck to basic facts with these options and didn't factor in Bella's reactions to some of them. Like leaving her human for the rest of her life; Bella would never agree to that so he shouldn't consider it anymore.
4. What surprised you most about the conversation they had?
I was surprised how honest they were with eachother. I can understand the taunts, jokes and insults at eachother; but to talk so civil and honest with eachother while still keeping their opinions and dislike toward eachother so foremost was surprising. Also, the fact that Edward is so jealous that Jacob is holding Bella yet he still keeps jealousy out of his voice and answers. I was also surprised that Jacob kind of just accepted and listened to Edward's answers but then doesn't use them to help him make better judgments about how to stop causing Bella so much pain.
Staring into his eyes always made me feel extraordinary-- sort of like my bones were turning spongy. I was also a little lightheaded, but that could have been because I'd forgotten to keep breathing. Again.

1. What do you think about the honesty the boys show each other?
I respected that. I believe that is my favorite chapter of the entire book, actually. I was happy to see them have a real conversation, one that didnt revolve around their differences, but what they had in common - Bella.

2. Are you surprised to see Edward admitting his jealousy and showing less patience?
No, actually. And I'm glad he told Jacob instead of hiding it to make himself look more confident in himself. It gave Jacob a better idea as to what Edward was going though, it helped him understand that it was hard on both sides of the fence.

3. How did you feel about Edward's four options regarding Bella?
Once again, I'm glad he told Jacob. I think it helped him understand Edward's struggle, and that he honestly regretted leaving her even though it was for her safety. Jacob could see the options, and internally decide what he thought was best for Bella. But in the end, he knew what would make her happiest, even if it wasnt what he originally thought was best.

4. What surprised you most about the conversation they had?
They seemed to act more like human teenage boys, than the creatures they normally saw eachother as. They began to see how they were behind the wrapper, and I felt honest compassion from each of them. There was till tension, still anger, still hate, but there was understanding (and most surprisingly, humor.)

1. What do you think about the honesty the boys show each other?
i absolutely loved every minute of it! I was really glad to see that they could actually have a conversation without tearing each other's heads off. It was very deep routed- i felt like i was really getting their points of view and getting inside their heads...bwahaha

2. Are you surprised to see Edward admitting his jealousy and showing less patience?

Not really, i was always suspicious of Edward since clearly no one is perfect & he's really good at hiding his emotions. Afterall "he is a man" *no pun intended* and no matter what he would become jealous of Jacob being that he already gave hint to it since Jacob was allowed to give Bella presents without a complaint and Edward had asked Bella about it before

3. How did you feel about Edward's four options regarding Bella?

i totally melted when Edward said "The moment i knew i was in love with her", haha. But then again i absolutely loved reading that portion; once again we were getting inside Edward's head since he did afterall have alot more to consider than Bella did (though many seem to think differently).

4. What surprised you most about the conversation they had?

hmmm....i'd have to say the simpyl fact that they openly told each other how deeply they felt for Bella, and the fact that they both came to the mutual (though not said aloud) agreement that Bella is the most imporant thing to the both of them & they truly love her *fangirl squeal*
Cause I've been waiting for a miracle, and I'm not leaving

1. What do you think about the honesty the boys show each other?

I think it shows, the fact that they are getting used to each other and they both acknowledge that the both are in love with Bella. I also loved how at the same time they both ragged on each other, I was smiling the entire time I read this section

2. Are you surprised to see Edward admitting his jealousy and showing less patience?

No, he's sort of admitted it to Bella already and it was only a matter of time before he mentioned it to Jacob, I think that the main reason he's getting so impatiently is the fact that he;s never been forced to stay in the same area as Jacob for as long as he had to tonight, for Bella's sake.

3. How did you feel about Edward's four options regarding Bella?

I'm not surprised, he's matured alot in his 100 years of existence and he's learned to way all of his options. I also have a feeling deep down he knew that the fourth option was the only way it could work. It's the only way to secure the knowledge that both parties are happy.

4. What surprised you most about the conversation they had?

Just the fact that they were so cooperative with each other and how open and willing to answer each other's questions without too obvious of resentment.

1. What do you think about the honesty the boys show each other?

I thought it was nice to see Edward and Jacob have a civil conversation for once, and without Bella in the middle forcing them to be civil to each other.

2. Are you surprised to see Edward admitting his jealousy and showing less patience?

Yes, because he always seemed like a very private person.

3. How did you feel about Edward's four options regarding Bella?

I think that he's overthinking everything. It's her choice on what she wants to do with her soul.

4. What surprised you most about the conversation they had?

That Edward even spoke about his thoughts and to Jacob of all people.

1. What do you think about the honesty the boys show each other?

I think it was important for there to be an honest moment between them...they are both significant parts of Bella's life, and I believe it's important for them to each know how important Bella is to the other.

2. Are you surprised to see Edward admitting his jealousy and showing less patience?

Somewhat surprised...but maybe it's to show Jacob how "human" he really is...to try to change Jacob's preconceived notions about what a vampire is.

3. How did you feel about Edward's four options regarding Bella?
I think it seems very "Edward" to have thought everything out so thoroughly...I mean, what else do you do when you can never sleep? Thinking things out is part of who he is.

4. What surprised you most about the conversation they had?

I was surprised that Jacob actually listened to Edward...normally, Jacob has such intense hatred for Edward that he won't give him the time of day.

1. What do you think about the honesty the boys show each other?
I thiink they'[re doing it because they can realte to each other through their love for Bella. Both of them know that they might be the one to loose this game (dammit I just lost the GAME!) in the long run, and are trying to understand who has the upperhand.

2. Are you surprised to see Edward admitting his jealousy and showing less patience?
No, I think he tries so hard to be truthful. I think it also would be relief for him, to have someone else inside his head, rather than the other way round, all the time.

3. How did you feel about Edward's four options regarding Bella?
i really think the only option he has left is to let Bella become a Vampire. He will never leave her again, he could never face it.

4. What surprised you most about the conversation they had?
How civil they wre to each other, and how willing they were to have this conversation, like they both really needed it.

1. What do you think about the honesty the boys show each other?

I REALLY(!!!!!!!!) enjoyed the boys taking to each other. It showed Bella that there was hope for them to get along. It was also nice to see their interaction without them knowing Bella was listening.

2. Are you surprised to see Edward admitting his jealousy and showing less patience?

No, he is a monster after and those kind of things come more naturally than other emotions to Edward. He is an expert at keeping them at bay.

3. How did you feel about Edward's four options regarding Bella?

All of them sucked except her turning into a vamp!!!

4. What surprised you most about the conversation they had?

How Edward said he might have liked Jake if he wasn't a "dog".

Forks is my happy place!
" "Don't be afraid," I murmered.
"We belong together."
I was abruptly overwhelmed by the truth of my own words.
This moment was so perfect, so right.
There was no way to doubt it.
His arms were wrapped around me,
Holding me against him....
It felt like every nerve ending in my body was a live wire.
