I just read the article from the link and it is excellent. SM has a way of bringing you in so that you feel you are right there in the store with her. And what a great lesson that we all need to be reminded of, more than just at Christmas. Thanks for posting the link Cocoa.

I have just read the story. It is really quite beautiful, made me cry. SM has a way with words, everythings is so touching. That quality of being able to reach into your soul and make you feel is one of the strongest aspects of the TWILIGHT saga.

..and this is why I love Stephenie Meyer. She is so real. It's like she's able to make a personal connection to each of her readers and that is a very special gift. Sure, there are loads of great authors in the world, but I feel like only a handful can really touch the reader in the way that Stephenie does.

She never ceases to amaze me!

I just read it. That's one of the most inspirational things I've read. It makes me take a second look at myself, be a little more grateful, and think of how precious we are.

I know. That story was not only a beautiful one, bout also a lesson of life. Stephenie has something, through her writting you can experince lots of things, even though you're not there in body, your mind gets there and you get to feel what she's describing.
She's so amazing, I mean, when I read this kind of things, I really wish I could get to hug her and tell her how she gives me more than just a story, a lovely feeling of affection.

Do you mean an actual hard copy? Because you can just print off the story from lds.org.

I looked the article up as soon as I read this. The story was so touching! The way Stephenie writes really touches my heart. I feel so many more emotions than when I read other things. I'm not sure why, but I like it. I like being able to feel so many emotions. Somehow it's easier to read them from a different perspective than experiencing them. I realize how much I repress in my own life.

i loved that story. it reminded me of all the little things people have done for me, even if i didnt know them. i had similar experience at the grocery store when i didnt have quite enough money, but the cashier used her own preferred card (i didnt have one) so i could pay for everything. its people like them that make the world a better place.
