i agree! the first person i thought of as ian was jensen ackles (i wonder, are you a supernatural fan?) and i still think of him as ian...but i also am starting to like ian somerhalder as ian as well.

your pick of james lafferty as kyle is good too...i wouldn't think of him at first, but now that you said it, i can definitely see him as kyle...

My pick for jared is jared padalecki, he just seems like he could convey jared's happiness while with mel before she was captured and his anger and conflicted emotions in the caves.

Jensen Ackles as Ian is perfect! Or James Marsden. But I picture Ian's eyes more strikingly blue, Ian Somerhalder has light blue eyes. I know a lot of people like Jensen Ackles as Jared, but I think he would be the perfect Ian, he doesn't have a harsh face, so he could pull of Ian's sweetness and if he just wore some really blue contacts, BOOM, he's Ian!

I think James Lafferty would make a great Kyle, in that picture if only he had the blue eyes, he would look just like Kyle! And he's really "big" as SM describes the brothers being.

Great idea using Kellan Lutz for Jared! I never considered that...

Did it describe Melanie as a blond? Really? Hang on I have to consult the book.........On page 5, Fords Deep Waters describes Melanie as having, "long dark hair." Kristen Bell would make a good Wanda when she was in Pet's body.

aw dang really?

well it wasnt until the 2nd i read twilight that i realized edward doesnt have dark brown hair, when i am reading i usually make up my own descriptions......ooh you caught me. i said Jared Padalecki/James Lafferty for Jared and Kellan Lutz/Shane West for Kyle, i meant it the other way around.............

either way any of them will work

by the way there was this pic where Ian Somerhalders eyes were incredibly blue, it was from his Smallville days...but i couldnt find it so i used this one!!

As long as Ian has those blue, blue eyes and black hair, and a sweet but hot face. I bet Ian Somerhalder could pull Ian off if his acting was good.

Ian Somerhalders acting is just okay. The reason i picked Jensen Ackles is that he is used to playing the big bad guy, which he is good at but he can also play the sweet romantic guy. I think he would do a great job, that would be hilarious if Jared Padalecki was Jared, then they would be working together once again. By the way, the are a great team, Jared and Jensen....Are there any other Supernatural fans in the house!!

No, I'm not a Supernatural fan, but now I want to watch to the show after seeing clips on youtube about it. It looks really funny. Is Jensen's voice how you pictured Ian's?

There's only a few characters that I picture in my head and only two of them are famous people. My sister told me that Stepehenie pictured Kyle and Ian looking like Ben and Casey Affleck so naturally that's who I imagined because I had this preconceived image. I like to think that Casey is Ian because I really don't find Ben attractive

Does anyone know which one is which?

I believe you have it right, Casey is suppose to be Ian and Ben is Kyle. I'm pretty sure because Ben is the more famous one (right?) and Kyle is not as awesome as Ian, so its like switched. Does that make any sense?
