Product Placement

Discussion about the Twilight movie. It's all speculation until Summit Films actually produces a script and casts it.

Food is usually big into product placement. I recently did a Twilight party and it was fun digging through the first book for food references. Coke is the only brandname actually mentioned. I have to believe they'll have vending machines at the high school however. Bella drinks a lemonade, but the rest of it is uneaten food from the cafeteria line or else it's stuff that's been made like cooking dinner for Charlie or the Italian place in Port Angeles. The Cullens were the only "designer" dressers so I even wonder if we'll see a Hollister or Ambercrombie t-shirt. What other kinds of products can you think of?

^^^I do know that all of the Extras were asked to not bring any items of clothing with logos on them. Plus I would be extremely mad if there were Abercrombie, American Eagle, or Hollister in it. It's too popular. ick.
"Not to bring on the ire prematurely," he whispered, "but do you mind telling me what it is about this bed that you object to?"......."That's debateable," he disagreed. "This would be difficult on a couch."

True that. Forks doesn't strike me as the kind of town were kids are flooding the halls with that. Plus, if you look at the videos and pictures and whatnot that we have seen already, everyone seems to be wearing normal every day average teen clothes, nothing amazing and no logos.

I can see it now...

``Isn`t that enough?``
``Yes, it is enough. Enough for forever.``

-Edward leans in slowly to Bella`s neck and... takes a gulp of diet Coke-

```Coke-a-cola, Enjoy!``
:lol:
HAHHhahahaha.....
WoW!
Thank heavens THAT will never happen!
I'd actually get a laugh in if Jessica and Lauren were wearing the same Abercrombie shirt. Haha, that would make my day.
Not to change the subject, but I'm really glad they stuck with the Chevy as Bella's truck...But I don't think it's the right year. :[
It's not the right year but all things considered it would be hard to find one in proper working condition that was the right year, plus, I do believe they had more than one of the truck so finding even more than one of that particular year in proper working condition, etc. would have been a feat in itself. It still looks pretty decent though.
So, I hate to dwell on the sunglasses and I'm not sure if this has been mentioned, but I was browsing the Urban Outfitters site the other day and found this. Twilight Aviators!! :D http://www.urbanoutfitters.com/urban/ca ... ush&color=
I pretty much died. Why else would they call them Twilight Aviators except if they were providing them for the movie?! Do they look the ones Rob wears? Anyways, I was pretty excited about this, and sorry if this is old news.
The one's Rob was wearing didn't have white on them like those ones do. They were definitely the Ray Bans or a very good knock off and it still hasn't been confirmed if they are in the movie or not because everyone who's asked has been told that he was only seen wearing them when the cameras weren't rolling. I highly doubt those are the ones, the name is likely a coincidence. Not to mention, no offense, but I would think if they did use them in the movie they would use real Ray Bans not a cheap pair of sunglasses from Urban Outfitters.
