I remenber i sent her an email on April last year talking about the book and the spanish version and some days later she answered to my email (it wasn't the automatic answer, because i also got that 8) ) and it was great, because she has little free time and she takes some time to read the emails and answer them, and not everyone does that

I once came up with a wild theory that Alec could kill with a thought...that his power was just "BAM! YOU'RE DEAD!"

Stephanie came on and said "Good theory. Absolutely wrong, but still a good theory."

Well now, I've been Stephenied a couple of times. The first was a while back when she came into the chat room. I basically flipped out and did my excited-jumping up and down- run around-make strange noises, completely unaware of my own actions-dance. Yes, it was embarrassing since I wasn't the only one around but I finally realized I was wasting valuable talk time and sat down. I introduced myself and we exchanged comments, lalala joke joke, chatroom overload and then poof she was gone. But still it was great.

The second time happened to be on my 18th birthday, January 8th where she called me from an OKGO concert thanks to a certain someone right above me ahem ahem. (Rachel<3<3<3, she's my lover. We frequently visit the closet*cough* I love her =]). My phone was on silent *insert curse here* but I did get a really great voicemail. You can imagine what I did. Just multiply my original dance by 100 and add the hurts-herself-but-doesn't-care-because-Stephenie Meyer-just-called-her part and you've got yourself a nice visual.
Unfortunately I'm not a myspacer. You can kick me later-and you know who this is directed at if you understand this.

"Do you want me to bolt the doors so you can massacre the unsuspecting townsfolk?"
"And where do you fit into that scheme?"
"Oh,cI'm with the vampires, of course."

The first time I was Stephenied was in 2005 when she (very graciously) replied to the first of many of my blubbering, overenthusiastic emails. That was the first time I'd ever emailed an author, and it was a very pleasant experience. :D I've emailed other authors since, but none have been as totally open and spectacular as Stephenie has, not by a long shot.

Haha. Yes and then you called back thinking it was Stephenie's phone and left that long thank you message when it was actually Betsy's phone but we had already seperated from Steph so she never got to hear you freak out. BUT YAY FOR ME PROVIDING STEPHENIED ... that makes no sense.

I am... not entirely sure if I've been Stephenied or not. Anyone want to dissect sentence structure with me? ^_^ Okay, just in case someone's bored, this is what an anonymous reviewer named Stephenie left on one of my fanfictions:

"This is really entertaining--well-written, with a fun and original plot! I don't usually read fanfiction, but a friend tipped me off that I would enjoy this one. I'm looking forward to the next chapter. Does my character show up again? ;)"

Mmm. I have reasons to believe that it might be her, but anyone who knows her work well enough could imitate her style reasonably well I guess. Any opinions? That's been bugging me since I got it.

And for those of you who've been Stephenied 28 times... *shakes head* Wow, you're lucky!

When the Lexicon had just opened, Stephenie said she liked the icon I made in one of her posts (It was a Rosalie one that said 'ostentatious' or something--the first one I made), and I nearly had a heart attack. I re-read it, like, three times before I actually believing it, and then I was just kind of in awe for awhile, lol. It was pretty neat--still have the icon.
