1) At first i was honestly expecting victoria, and that seriously scared me. no, i wasn't. i mean, i would've been seriously thrilled if it was, but just seeing a cullen again made me VERY happy. =]

2) At first, i didn't like the pack or jacob very much at all, and this just made it worse, but after reading the book a few times, i started to see that jacob would be good for bella if edward hadn't come along, but i'm still part of team edward

3) Well, i suppose that in her time, it might not have been considered barbaric to institutionalize her- it have even been socially encouraged. their standards could have been completely different from today's.

4) I admired him more as a parent, but that quickly diminished when he started acting seriously rude to edward

5) I think her confidence went down a notch, because werewolves are the vampires' main enemy. But i also think that she grew accustomed to it until it was only a minor annoyace

1) Who were you expecting in the house? Where you disappointed it wasn't Edward?
I was disappointed that it wasn't Edward, but ecstatic that it was Alice!

2) Did Alice's reaction to the news of werewolves in forks taint your opinion of the pack?
Not really.

3) What do you think of Alice's history? Do you find her parents to have been barbaric?
Not barbaric. I mean, they probably thought it was the best thing to do. They had another daughter to care for, after all. They probably didn't really understand the situation.

4) This is our first real glimpse into Charlie's pain, how did the scene between Charlie and Alice effect your opinion of Charlie as a parent?
It strengthened my opinion of Charlie as just a concerned father. It makes me think of my own dad.

5) An important piece of information was learned in this chapter reguarding Alice's second sight & werewolves, how do you think this effected Alice's confidence?
It probably really brough Alice's confidence down. First, she sees Bella jumping to her death, and that turns out to be a misunderstanding. And then, she finds out that she can't see the werewolves.

1) Who were you expecting in the house? Where you disappointed it wasn't Edward? I was disappointed, but I was just excited that a Cullen was back in the picture

2) Did Alice's reaction to the news of werewolves in forks taint your opinion of the pack? A little. I wasn't fond of the whole werewolves thing, I was enjoying the Vampire aspect of things but it didn't taint it by much.

3) What do you think of Alice's history? Do you find her parents to have been barbaric? Yes, very much so.

4) This is our first real glimpse into Charlie's pain, how did the scene between Charlie and Alice effect your opion of Charlie as a parent? It gave him a chance to show more emotion, you get a glimpse into his vulnerability and how much he wants Bella to just be safe and happy.

5) An important piece of information was learned in this chapter reguarding Alice's second sight & werewolves, how do you think this effected Alice's confidence? I'm sure it was a blow at her confidence, I don't see how it wouldn't be.
"Because right now, physically, there's nothing I want more than you. More than food or water or oxygen."

Team Edward - Cause only a vampire can love you forever!
Team Bella - I want to be a monster too!

Nope I still love the little fure balls.

I like learning about Alice, yeah.

4) This is our first real glimpse into Charlie's pain, how did the scene between Charlie and Alice effect your opion of Charlie as a parent?

It gave him a chance to show emotion, no it didn't.

1) Who were you expecting in the house? Where you disappointed it wasn't Edward?
No, I was expecting Victoria. Would have been nice if it WAS Edward though. :(
2) Did Alice's reaction to the news of werewolves in forks taint your opinion of the pack?
No, they're generally nice guys. I wasn't worried about the vampires' prejudices.
3) What do you think of Alice's history? Do you find her parents to have been barbaric?
Well, yeah! But I wouldn't say barbaric. This is back in the times where they've BARELY accepted that witchcraft doesn't exist. Her parents just couldn't understand. But they SHOULDN'T have cut all contact between each other. That was just cruel.
4) This is our first real glimpse into Charlie's pain, how did the scene between Charlie and Alice effect your opion of Charlie as a parent?
I felt sorry for him, I was glad that at least ONE of the Cullens got to realise what they had done to Bella. But I won't hold it against them. Yeah, Charlie's nice really. :)
5) An important piece of information was learned in this chapter reguarding Alice's second sight & werewolves, how do you think this effected Alice's confidence?
I think this really depleated her confidence. And in Eclipse - it doesn't help Edward's nervous disposition  that she can't see Bella.

1) Who were you expecting in the house? Where you disappointed it wasn't Edward?
I knew it wasn't Edward because edward would have ran out to her, in a heart beat. i think. I thought it was Carlisle.

2) Did Alice's reaction to the news of werewolves in forks taint your opinion of the pack?
Nope

3) What do you think of Alice's history? Do you find her parents to have been barbaric?
It was interesting.

4) This is our first real glimpse into Charlie's pain, how did the scene between Charlie and Alice effect your opion of Charlie as a parent? It didn't really affect it, it just really showed that he has more emotion to show.

5) An important piece of information was learned in this chapter reguarding Alice's second sight & werewolves, how do you think this effected Alice's confidence?
It probably pisses her off. Ha. Plus her cofidence went down.

1) Who were you expecting in the house? Where you disappointed it wasn't Edward?
I was expecting one of the Cullens. And I wasn't disappointed it wasn't Edward. It would've been nice though. I new he was going to come really near the end of the book.

2) Did Alice's reaction to the news of werewolves in forks taint your opinion of the pack?
No, not really.

3) What do you think of Alice's history? Do you find her parents to have been barbaric?
Oh, yes! Poor Alice.

4) This is our first real glimpse into Charlie's pain, how did the scene between Charlie and Alice effect your opion of Charlie as a parent?
Well, it made me think Charlie was very nice but then again, of course he'd let Alice stay if she's a daughter of Carlisle.

5) An important piece of information was learned in this chapter reguarding Alice's second sight & werewolves, how do you think this effected Alice's confidence?
It probably made her confidence go down.

1) Who were you expecting in the house? Where you disappointed it wasn't Edward?
I was expecting Carlisle. Yes I was disappointed when it wasn't Edward.

2) Did Alice's reaction to the news of werewolves in forks taint your opinion of the pack?
No.

3) What do you think of Alice's history? Do you find her parents to have been barbaric?
I feel sorry for Alice, but glad that she didn't remember that her life as a human. I don't agree with her parents just giving up on her and throwing her in an asylum.

4) This is our first real glimpse into Charlie's pain, how did the scene between Charlie and Alice effect your opion of Charlie as a parent?
I was proud to hear how much he hurt when Bella did. That is the true sign of a loving parent.

5) An important piece of information was learned in this chapter reguarding Alice's second sight & werewolves, how do you think this effected Alice's confidence?
I think it really hurt her. She doesn't like not knowing the future ahead of time and learning that she couldn't see the wolves I think really scared her.

1) Who were you expecting in the house? Where you disappointed it wasn't Edward?
-when i heard about the black mercedes i thought Carlisle or Edward
-then i sincerly thought of a trap from Victoria
Lets just say i wasn't disappointed that it was Alice.

2) Did Alice's reaction to the news of werewolves in forks taint your opinion of the pack?
Well im Team Edward...so i was already leaning more towards vampires already. but i guess it did sort of because alice is usually the more knowlegable one and her being a vampire, she knows more about mythical creatures than bella. so she had to have some reason for the animosity.

3) What do you think of Alice's history? Do you find her parents to have been barbaric?
i think her history is very sad. I dont find her parents barbaric because during that time period they had harsh treatments of those who were different or had psychological disorders or claimed to have any kind of premonition. her parents were mearly victims of society's rules during that time period.

4) This is our first real glimpse into Charlie's pain, how did the scene between Charlie and Alice effect your opion of Charlie as a parent?
i cried during charlie's little speech. that really hit a soft spot because its when you truley get a grasp on bella's pain from an outsider looking in. we see that charlie is paying more attention than we think and that he really cares and can relate to her. it was really painful to read.

5) An important piece of information was learned in this chapter reguarding Alice's second sight & werewolves, how do you think this effected Alice's confidence?
if i were alice, and i am used to have a certain confidence about almost everything in my future...this must have made her REALLY uncomfortable.

1) Who were you expecting in the house? Where you disappointed it wasn't Edward?
I knew it wouldn't be Edward, that would be too easy, I assumed it would be Alice or Carlisle.

2) Did Alice's reaction to the news of werewolves in forks taint your opinion of the pack?
No, I think that it was the only course of action, Jacob had been just as repulsed by the vampires so I think it was a mutual enmity between them. Although Alice did make them sound a lot more dangerous than I had assumed they were. This was a little alarming. It didn't change my opinion though because Bella had spent so much time with them that it had given me time to form my own opinion.

3) What do you think of Alice's history? Do you find her parents to have been barbaric?
I think there is no justification for what they did, they acted out of selfishness and it had her mortality taken from her luckily it turned out well for her, she has Jasper and the Cullens who have been more of a family to her than her real parents ever had been.

4) This is our first real glimpse into Charlie's pain, how did the scene between Charlie and Alice effect your opinion of Charlie as a parent?
I liked him so much more, the pain Bella had endured had in turn been pain for him because he loves her. It was heartbreaking to have to listen to him describe her pain through those months, and you realize that every action he tried to take was to heal Bella, and his understanding of her is impeccable, that is aparant when he tells Alice that she's a constant thing and he didn't think she would ever get over it.

5) An important piece of information was learned in this chapter regarding Alice's second sight & werewolves, how do you think this effected Alice's confidence?
I don't think it effects her confidence at all, I think it's very inconvenient for her but she knows how things work and she can always find a way around it, I think the just makes her realize that her gift has limitations.
