1. When did you first suspect Jacob was a werewolf? When Bella realized it or had you been suspicious of his drastic changes?
I'd been suspicious...I'm not sure when I figured it out, but I think it was probably a little before Bella did.

2. In various occasions, Jacob tries to tell Bella what is happening but is abruptly cut off? Why did you think this happened? Was it guilt or fear that prompted his sudden silences? Or was it something else?
I think it was both guilt and fear, probably feeling guilty for not telling Bella right out when it had first all started, and fear for what she'd think... probably because he was still confused himself and didn't know how to explain everything.

3. What did you think of Jacob being a werewolf? Was it surprising? Did you like it? Why or why not?
It wasn't surprising, but I didn't like it. I knew something would come up between the vampires & werewolves after I knew what he was.

4. How did you feel about Jacob after he came over, trying to explain himself about the confrontation earlier that day? Did it redeem him for you or make things worse?
For me, he STILL hasn't redeemed himself, but he tried. It didn't make things better in the friendship sense, exactly...or in the sense of the whole pack knowing that Bella knows...but it made it better that he admitted to it. But, that doesn't mean I liked him any better. :P

5. Did you think that Jacob and the rest of the 'pack' were responsible for the murders that were occurring?
I figured it that it was either them, or Victoria...or maybe even Laurent, because around then I wasn't sure if he was really dead or not. Sometimes I still get a little skeptical because it's hard to kill a vampire, and Laurent is pretty strong...but I guess he really is dead. After all, I'm not complaining!

6. At the end of the chapter, Bella debates with herself as to whether she should warn Jacob or if she shouldn't. What did you think she would do? What would you have done?
I thought she'd tell him, but let him have his way with it...but slowly start to persuade him to be careful if he chose to keep going on with the apparent attacks...I would have told him that he wasn't doing any good.

1. When did you first suspect Jacob was a werewolf? When Bella realized it or had you been suspicious of his drastic changes?
I realized Jake was a werewolf when Bella realized it!

2. In various occasions, Jacob tries to tell Bella what is happening but is abruptly cut off? Why did you think this happened? Was it guilt or fear that prompted his sudden silences? Or was it something else?
I think it was both guilt and fear. He just didn't know how to tell her.

3. What did you think of Jacob being a werewolf? Was it surprising? Did you like it? Why or why not?
Well I kind of thought it was pretty cool at first. But when Bella was calling herself a "wolf girl" I started hating it becuase she is a vampire girl!!!

4. How did you feel about Jacob after he came over, trying to explain himself about the confrontation earlier that day? Did it redeem him for you or make things worse?
Well, I thought it was thoughtful of him to apologize...so it redeemed him.

5. Did you think that Jacob and the rest of the 'pack' were responsible for the murders that were occurring?
Yeah and that didn't make me too proud of Jacob. But then I thought about it and realized that sweet Jacob couldn't kill anyone.

6. At the end of the chapter, Bella debates with herself as to whether she should warn Jacob or if she shouldn't. What did you think she would do? What would you have done?
I thought she would've warned him because after all, he is her best friend. I would have warned him too because that's what friends do..they look out for each other.

1. When did you first suspect Jacob was a werewolf? When Bella realized it or had you been suspicious of his drastic changes?

I was a bit more suspicious then Bella, but she had a lot on her mind.

2. In various occasions, Jacob tries to tell Bella what is happening but is abruptly cut off? Why did you think this happened? Was it guilt or fear that prompted his sudden silences? Or was it something else?

I kind of knew it was because he wasn't allowed to tell. I didn't know why he wasn't but I was pretty sure he had to keep it quiet.

3. What did you think of Jacob being a werewolf? Was it surprising? Did you like it? Why or why not?

I was quite neutral about it. I had been expecting it for along time and I know him being a werewolf causes lots of problems between him and Bella but if Edward gets to be special, so does Jake.

4. How did you feel about Jacob after he came over, trying to explain himself about the confrontation earlier that day? Did it redeem him for you or make things worse?

It redeemed him for me because atleast he bothered to explain.

5. Did you think that Jacob and the rest of the 'pack' were responsible for the murders that were occurring?

Nope. Well, definitely hoped it wasn't.

6. At the end of the chapter, Bella debates with herself as to whether she should warn Jacob or if she shouldn't. What did you think she would do? What would you have done?

I thought she was going to warn Jacob. And I would've warned him too.

1. When did you first suspect Jacob was a werewolf? I knew something supernatural was going on with him he was sick and sleeping all the time-but werewolves didn't come to mind until he told her he was one

2. In various occasions, Jacob tries to tell Bella what is happening but is abruptly cut off? Why did you think this happened? Was it guilt or fear that prompted his sudden silences? Or was it something else?
i think its because he wasn't allowed to say anything because of his pact. I think he liked not telling her directly he was a werewolve-it did better on his concious

3. What did you think of Jacob being a werewolf? Was it surprising? Did you like it? Why or why not?
well i thought 'geez now their brining in werewolves, this isn't a vampire story anymore' but then i relized that this is stephenie meyer we're talking about and she makes everything work. so i liked it...

4. How did you feelabout Jacob after he came over, trying to explain himself about the confrontation earlier that day? Did it redeem him for you or make things worse?
um i really like jacob and i think he's doing what he thinks is best for bella so i never say him at fault..so he is redeemed in my standards

5. Did you think that Jacob and the rest of the 'pack' were responsible for the murders that were occurring?
not at all. it was totally the vampires!!! The red head and her mate...bad guys.

6. At the end of the chapter, Bella debates with herself as to whether she should warn Jacob or if she shouldn't. What did you think she would do? What would you have done?
she should take jacob because he did so much for her while edward was gone...dont get me wrong i love edward a lot more than jacob but i think its only fair that she sticks with him

1. When did you first suspect Jacob was a werewolf? When Bella realized it or had you been suspicious of his drastic changes? Well, actually, I realized he was a werewolf in a totally different way, which I'm not going to mention 'cause it would give some stuff away.

2. In various occasions, Jacob tries to tell Bella what is happening but is abruptly cut off? Why did you think this happened? Was it guilt or fear that prompted his sudden silences? Or was it something else? It was something else definitely. Jacob trusts Bella with his life, and he would always tell her what was going on with him, unless forbidden to do so.

3. What did you think of Jacob being a werewolf? Was it surprising? Did you like it? Why or why not? I actually don't mind him being a werewolf. I actually kind of like it. I don't know why really, but I think it's because you have a feeling of being safe with a werewolf. (That is, if you've warmed up to the idea. )

4. How did you feelabout Jacob after he came over, trying to explain himself about the confrontation earlier that day? Did it redeem him for you or make things worse? I think it redeemed him a lot. He felt so badly about his unexcusable behavior that he flung himself off a tree into Bella's window trying to explain himself for crying out loud!

5. Did you think that Jacob and the rest of the 'pack' were responsible for the murders that were occurring? After seeing Lon Chaney in those werewolf movies, yeah, I did.

6. At the end of the chapter, Bella debates with herself as to whether she should warn Jacob or if she shouldn't. What did you think she would do? What would you have done? I think that she would've warned him, and I would've as well. Like Edward, Jacob had the power to hurt Bella that night, but he didn't. Plus, he IS still Jacob!

1. When did you first suspect Jacob was a werewolf? When Bella realized it or had you been suspicious of his drastic changes?

When Jacob and his friends were constantly getting taller.

2. In various occasions, Jacob tries to tell Bella what is happening but is abruptly cut off? Why did you think this happened? Was it guilt or fear that prompted his sudden silences? Or was it something else?

3. What did you think of Jacob being a werewolf? Was it surprising? Did you like it? Why or why not?

It makes the storyline much more exciting: bella is friends with a werewolf, but loves a vampire.

4. How did you feel about Jacob after he came over, trying to explain himself about the confrontation earlier that day? Did it redeem him for you or make things worse?

It helped.

5. Did you think that Jacob and the rest of the 'pack' were responsible for the murders that were occurring?

Yes. For a little bit I did but then I changed my mind. Jacob would never do that. Even if he was a werewolf.

6. At the end of the chapter, Bella debates with herself as to whether she should warn Jacob or if she shouldn't. What did you think she would do? What would you have done?

I wouldve warned him.

1. When did you first suspect Jacob was a werewolf? When Bella realized it or had you been suspicious of his drastic changes?

Up to that point, I pretty much knew Jacob's secret. The little hints throughout the book, as well as the dream Bella recounted could only point in that direction.

2. In various occasions, Jacob tries to tell Bella what is happening but is abruptly cut off. Why did you think this happened? Was it guilt or fear that prompted his sudden silences? Or was it something else?

I could tell something paranormal was preventing Jacob from talking about his new predicament and choice of friends. Plus, as I already had an idea of the truth, I thought it might be one of the quirks to being inhuman, or werewolf.

3. What did you think of Jacob being a werewolf? Was it surprising? Did you like it? Why or why not?

At first, I felt one kind of mythical creature in Forks was enough. I was really concerned the werewolves would make the plot unrealistic. However, the concept grew on me, and I now feel that it was essential to help complicate the plot.

4. How did you feel about Jacob after he came over, trying to explain himself about the confrontation earlier that day? Did it redeem him for you or make things worse?

I was just as furious with Jacob at that point as Bella, but I thought his gesture of trying to make it up to her was sweet (albeit, not too smooth). But his appearance in her room right under Charlie's nose paralelled too closely to Edward's late night visits for my comfort. It was at that point in the story when I was afraid Jacob was winning her heart.

5. Did you think that Jacob and the rest of the 'pack' were responsible for the murders that were occurring?

I knew Jacob would never murder. After Laurent's appearance in the meadow, I thought he (or perhaps Victoria hunting in the woods) were responsible for the deaths of the hikers. But it would seem logical that the werewolves (or alleged "bears") would be blamed as they were always spotted near the scene.

6. At the end of the chapter, Bella debates with herself as to whether she should warn Jacob or if she shouldn't. What did you think she would do? What would you have done?

I'm sure Jake was well aware of the danger, but being young and somewhat naive, I would feel it only be fair to warn him.

1. When did you first suspect Jacob was a werewolf? When Bella realized it or had you been suspicious of his drastic changes?

I had been suspicious of his drastic changes. It was obvious.

2. In various occasions, Jacob tries to tell Bella what is happening but is abruptly cut off? Why did you think this happened? Was it guilt or fear that prompted his sudden silences? Or was it something else?

I thought it was guilt and fear, but there was something else that didn't allowed him to do that.

3. What did you think of Jacob being a werewolf? Was it surprising? Did you like it? Why or why not?

It was a little surprising, but not a lot. I liked it because it was interesting to see another kind of interpretation of werewolves (the same as with Meyer's vampires).

4. How did you feelabout Jacob after he came over, trying to explain himself about the confrontation earlier that day? Did it redeem him for you or make things worse?

Made things worse, but I felt pity about him, because he couldn't explain it.

5. Did you think that Jacob and the rest of the 'pack' were responsible for the murders that were occurring?

I didn't think about that. It was like Victoria and Laurent did that.

6. At the end of the chapter, Bella debates with herself as to whether she should warn Jacob or if she shouldn't. What did you think she would do? What would you have done?

I would have warned him, at least, try to warn him.

1. When did you first suspect Jacob was a werewolf? When Bella realized it or had you been suspicious of his drastic changes?
I was suspicious about the changes and hanging out with Sam's "cult", and I even kind of caught on with the eye-contact Bella and Wolf Jacob had in the Meadow- but I still couldn't put 2 and 2 together. So... when Jacob started talking about the dreams- I cheated. I broke out Twilight and skipped to The La Push chapter when Jacob was first telling Bella about the myths. And then I saw it. And suddenly- Click, Lights On! Jacob=Werewolf.

2. In various occasions, Jacob tries to tell Bella what is happening but is abruptly cut off? Why did you think this happened? Was it guilt or fear that prompted his sudden silences? Or was it something else?
I thought it was something invisible. Haha. Like some invisible cloth that gagged him or something... I don't know, so I wouldn't ask... haha

3. What did you think of Jacob being a werewolf? Was it surprising? Did you like it? Why or why not?
I missed Old Jacob. Heck- I miss Old Jacob. He was adorable. I think...I didn't like it- but I accepted it... you know? Weird, the way my mind works...

4. How did you feel about Jacob after he came over, trying to explain himself about the confrontation earlier that day? Did it redeem him for you or make things worse?
I was like, "That's the Jacob I know and love." Except when he got all grouchy and everything. I love it when Jake is sincere. He's such a great character.

5. Did you think that Jacob and the rest of the 'pack' were responsible for the murders that were occurring?
I think, maybe like 3% of me was like, "It's a definite possibility." But the other 97% was like, "No. No! No way. Not Jake. He wouldn't."

6. At the end of the chapter, Bella debates with herself as to whether she should warn Jacob or if she shouldn't. What did you think she would do? What would you have done?
I knew she would warn him. She didn't even know for sure if Jacob and the pack were responsible for the killings. Even if she knew 100%, she would still warn him that people were out after them. I would have done the same thing. As long as there was a chance that my friend was innocent, I would warn him. Again, even if I knew he was 100% guilty, I would still warn him and try to make him stop.

1. When did you first suspect Jacob was a werewolf? When Bella realized it or had you been suspicious of his drastic changes?

You know what i had my suspicions ever since Edward mentioned in the first book how the Quiletes (i know i spelt it wrong) had long memories, and the werewolf story Jacob told made me suspicious. I jumped to conclusions in the first book so hey i guessed something right ^_^

2. In various occasions, Jacob tries to tell Bella what is happening but is abruptly cut off? Why did you think this happened? Was it guilt or fear that prompted his sudden silences? Or was it something else?

For some very strange reason I thought it was a curse of some sorts that the werewolves had on them to prevent from spilling the secret (haha I'm so lame)

3. What did you think of Jacob being a werewolf? Was it surprising? Did you like it? Why or why not?

I was very sad. It was bad enough that Bella had her heart ripped out when Edward left, and she was healing a bit by being with Jacob. But then he turned into a werewolf and changed drastically from the person Bella depended on. I missed cute, fun loving, and enthusiastic Jacob-and I still do.

4. How did you feelabout Jacob after he came over, trying to explain himself about the confrontation earlier that day? Did it redeem him for you or make things worse?

It redeemed him in my eyes, because he was letting a little bit of the old Jake that he was loose by breaking the rules. I was glad that he didn't leave Bella completely in the dark....

5. Did you think that Jacob and the rest of the 'pack' were responsible for the murders that were occurring?

Nah, I had this feeling if they were killing people they would have torn them to shreds, and remained pretty clueless to who was killing the hikers...

6. At the end of the chapter, Bella debates with herself as to whether she should warn Jacob or if she shouldn't. What did you think she would do? What would you have done?
Definately warned him...
