1. When did you first suspect Jacob was a werewolf? When Bella realized it or had you been suspicious of his drastic changes?

yea i saw it on Barnes and Noble.com because i didnt know it contained spoilers to like the whole book! so i already knew before i read the first word... :(

2. In various occasions, Jacob tries to tell Bella what is happening but is abruptly cut off? Why did you think this happened? Was it guilt or fear that prompted his sudden silences? Or was it something else?

i think that it was fear to what she would react to know that he killed the vampires that she loved. and because he baredly understood it himself. he was scared of it himself, and in ways he hated himself for what he had become and how it was dangerous for Bella to be around him. kind of like Edward if you really think about it.

3. What did you think of Jacob being a werewolf? Was it surprising? Did you like it? Why or why not?

i thought it was really weird, but really cool! as long as they dont kill my Cullens!but they didnt like them, and that was all i needed for me to loose some respect for them. i still love them, but i dont know why they hate each other so much.

4. How did you feelabout Jacob after he came over, trying to explain himself about the confrontation earlier that day? Did it redeem him for you or make things worse?

i thought it was really nice of him, he went against all that he was told and all that he was meant to be believed just to not beak the promise with Bella, and that in my eyes reedeems him completely.

5. Did you think that Jacob and the rest of the 'pack' were responsible for the murders that were occurring?

yes, because i was extremely confused about everything until he made it clear that they were not responsible.

6. At the end of the chapter, Bella debates with herself as to whether she should warn Jacob or if she shouldn't. What did you think she would do? What would you have done?

i thought it was a good thing that she did, and its only fair after what shes gone theough and all that hes helped her with. as for me, i would definitely done the same thing, my best friends are my lie and i would warn them if they were in danger. its only ethical.

1. When did you first suspect Jacob was a werewolf? When Bella realized it or had you been suspicious of his drastic changes?

I realized it just a little before Bella. When he started talking about their conversation on the beach, it hit be.

2. In various occasions, Jacob tries to tell Bella what is happening but is abruptly cut off? Why did you think this happened? Was it guilt or fear that prompted his sudden silences? Or was it something else?

I think that it has something to do with since he is a werewolf, he couldn't tell anyone the secret.

3. What did you think of Jacob being a werewolf? Was it surprising? Did you like it? Why or why not?

When I realized what he was, it hit me like a brick wall. I was thinking 'Where did that come from!?!?' I wasn't disappointed, though. I liked the twist.

4. How did you feel about Jacob after he came over, trying to explain himself about the confrontation earlier that day? Did it redeem him for you or make things worse?

I think that it redeemed him. I never thought that Jacob wanted to treat Bella that way, so I was insanely nervous about finding out what would make him talk to her like that.

5. Did you think that Jacob and the rest of the 'pack' were responsible for the murders that were occurring?

No. I mean, this is Jacob we're talking about here. I didn't even understand what Bella was freaking out about until she confronted Jacob. I mean'"it's JAKE! Sweet, innocent, lovable, cuddy puppy Jake! I guess I was a little too biased to form a balanced opinion, though.

6. At the end of the chapter, Bella debates with herself as to whether she should warn Jacob or if she shouldn't. What did you think she would do? What would you have done?

Well, I think that she should confront Jake about it. I mean, go straight to the source! Then again, I wouldn't have thought of the situation the way she did either'

Let's see.
1. I didn't think Jacob was a werewolf until he mentioned the conversation at the beach. I thought that the "bear" sightings were Emmett, because he hunts like a bear. xD

2. I thought that Jacob was going to say something mean, but changed his mind.

3. Jacob being a werewolf didn't surprise me, but I didn't like it. He changed... and he became really weird after that.

4. Jacob's confrontation with Bella made things worse for me. I don't remember why, they just did.

5. Yes, I thought they were responsible. :-P

6. I wouldn't have said anything. I tend to not say anything in situations like that.

1. When did you first suspect Jacob was a werewolf? When Bella realized it or had you been suspicious of his drastic changes?

I came to the conclusion that Jacob was a werewolf when he stumbled through Bella's window, and tried very hard to get her to remember the 'whole' story he'd told her before.

2. In various occasions, Jacob tries to tell Bella what is happening but is abruptly cut off? Why did you think this happened? Was it guilt or fear that prompted his sudden silences? Or was it something else?

I think both guilt and fear, honestly. He felt guilty because he (probably) wasn't allowed to tell Bella about his becoming a werewolf. And I'm sure he was afraid that telling Bella would completely and utterly freak her out, too.

3. What did you think of Jacob being a werewolf? Was it surprising? Did you like it? Why or why not?

I love the fact that the story took on a whole new twist with werewolves being introduced, but at the same time, I did love the human and solid Jacob.

4. How did you feel about Jacob after he came over, trying to explain himself about the confrontation earlier that day? Did it redeem him for you or make things worse?

In my opinion, it made up for the argument they'd had before. I think he was so confused and didn't have any idea of how to deal with everything. It showed he really did care about Bella, and was trying to do the right thing.

5. Did you think that Jacob and the rest of the 'pack' were responsible for the murders that were occurring?

I did think so at first, especially because people were claiming to see 'big bears'.

6. At the end of the chapter, Bella debates with herself as to whether she should warn Jacob or if she shouldn't. What did you think she would do? What would you have done?

I knew she'd give Jacob the warning as she believed the pack were behind the murders. She's so very loyal and cares for Jacob, so she wouldn't want him falling into their crowd, or getting hurt.

1. When did you first suspect Jacob was a werewolf? When Bella realized it or had you been suspicious of his drastic changes?

I started to suspect it by the time she looked in to the eyes of the werewolf an d started to think about Jacob at the same time.

2. In various occasions, Jacob tries to tell Bella what is happening but is abruptly cut off? Why did you think this happened? Was it guilt or fear that prompted his sudden silences? Or was it something else?

I have read many books about vampires and werewolf, and I have seen many movies with them too. So I wound it out quite easy.

3. What did you think of Jacob being a werewolf? Was it surprising? Did you like it? Why or why not?

I was'nt suprised. He had a role in the series that just put him in a danger of it. He knew too much, I suppose i should say. I liked it, because it proves that Bella is a magnet of danger. I have always loved vampires more than werewolf's, so I hope Bella choise Edward and not Jacob.

4. How did you feel about Jacob after he came over, trying to explain himself about the confrontation earlier that day? Did it redeem him for you or make things worse?

Well, I think he made it WERY easy there, but isuppose it was better than just leaving Bella heartbroken whan Edward just had done the same thing.

5. Did you think that Jacob and the rest of the 'pack' were responsible for the murders that were occurring?

Actualy, I did. Usualy I have vampires on my site in the books and the movies. Like in Underworld. That werewolf's are murders is quite naturaly to me. Thay got animal instincts, and the vampires got more of human instinct so I was kind of disappointed in the fact they called themself protectors.

6. At the end of the chapter, Bella debates with herself as to whether she should warn Jacob or if she shouldn't. What did you think she would do? What would you have done?

I would have warn him. Of course I wold'nt told him to much, and no way way I would have meeted the others, but I would tell him a bit.
My name is not important :P I just want to' say that my wabsite (www.piczo.com/this-site) is in norwegian.

1. When did you first suspect Jacob was a werewolf? When Bella realized it or had you been suspicious of his drastic changes?

I thought he would become a werewolf ever since I've read about those rumorse about the "bear".

2. In various occasions, Jacob tries to tell Bella what is happening but is abruptly cut off? Why did you think this happened? Was it guilt or fear that prompted his sudden silences? Or was it something else?

I thought that he feared that someone was listening to him. In a certain way, I was right

3. What did you think of Jacob being a werewolf? Was it surprising? Did you like it? Why or why not?

I didn't want Jake to be a werewolf. First of all, werewolves are the enemies of vampires, and than becausa I liked Jake just the way he was. I don't like the Wolf Version of him, because he's so arrogant and unkind, and he's not funny as he was as a human.

4. How did you feelabout Jacob after he came over, trying to explain himself about the confrontation earlier that day? Did it redeem him for you or make things worse?

I don't know. Both, I think. It redeem him because I understood that he had a very important secret and didn't want his "friends" to listen to him while talking to Bella. But I think that he could be more kind with her earlier, anyway

5. Did you think that Jacob and the rest of the 'pack' were responsible for the murders that were occurring?

No, of course. I don't like werewolves, but I have never thought they were bad.

6. At the end of the chapter, Bella debates with herself as to whether she should warn Jacob or if she shouldn't. What did you think she would do? What would you have done?

Jake was her friend, even if he was a werewolf. I was sure she would have told him. I would have done the same thing, so I could find an excuse to have some explainations... 8)

1. When did you first suspect Jacob was a werewolf? When Bella realized it or had you been suspicious of his drastic changes?

I realized what jacob was in Chapter 10.....when they were in the meadow. It I had been suspicious, but, really i didn't figure it out untill A pack of five wolves came to save Bella, and one of them looked at her.(Jake)2. In various occasions, Jacob tries to tell Bella what is happening but is abruptly cut off? Why did you think this happened? Was it guilt or fear that prompted his sudden silences? Or was it something else?
I think that it was part of "werewolf magic". He couldn't tell Bella because Sam told him not to....At the time, I thought he was just reluctant to tell her, but when I go back and read it, it seems so obvious.
3. What did you think of Jacob being a werewolf? Was it surprising? Did you like it? Why or why not?
I, at first, was a little shell shocked, but I didn't analyze the situation like Bella did....I didn't think about them possibly commiting any murders until Bella suggested it. i was just interested really, and a little sad.
4. How did you feelabout Jacob after he came over, trying to explain himself about the confrontation earlier that day? Did it redeem him for you or make things worse?
I thought that it might have been better for him to have going almost immediatly. I am not sure which situation would have been easier for Bella, but since they forgave each other,I think that it was fine.stayed away for a day or two, but I can see his reasoning for
5. Did you think that Jacob and the rest of the 'pack' were responsible for the murders that were occurring?
The thought never crossed my mind, until Bella mentioned it, and then I was extremely sad, because not only did it fit, but it made sense, it sort of tied the ends to that particular mystery. I didin't hate Jake, I was trying to think of reasons to make him leave them...A way to make him realize how to change. i figured that it was some psycological change that he had to be woken from.
6. At the end of the chapter, Bella debates with herself as to whether she should warn Jacob or if she shouldn't. What did you think she would do? What would you have done?
i definatly think tha Bella made the right decision. Werewolf or not, murder or not, she loved him. I knew she would go down there, and I am glad that they both figured out the truth behind their previous misconceptions.

1. When did you first suspect Jacob was a werewolf? When Bella realized it or had you been suspicious of his drastic changes?
A. Second.

2. In various occasions, Jacob tries to tell Bella what is happening but is abruptly cut off? Why did you think this happened? Was it guilt or fear that prompted his sudden silences? Or was it something else?
A. I thought it was like...NETSPEAK IS SO UNATTRACTIVE PLEASE FIX ME! if this is a harry potter thing or not...but...i thought he made a promise to the pack and was binded to keep secrets, so...NETSPEAK IS SO UNATTRACTIVE PLEASE FIX ME!...magic...?(want steph to do a book with magic...but not the harry potter wand stuff)

3. What did you think of Jacob being a werewolf? Was it surprising? Did you like it? Why or why not?
A. Not surprising. I LOVED IT!!!! i thought: "awwww, cudley puppy...who could rip my head off...awwww."

4. How did you feel about Jacob after he came over, trying to explain himself about the confrontation earlier that day? Did it redeem him for you or make things worse?
A. I don't really care. i thought that jacob has earned my trust and knows when or when not to do or say something.

5. Did you think that Jacob and the rest of the 'pack' were responsible for the murders that were occurring?
A. No, i thought it was a vampire (don't ask which one...it was one in the morning...i wasn't thinking all the way through.)

6. At the end of the chapter, Bella debates with herself as to whether she should warn Jacob or if she shouldn't. What did you think she would do? What would you have done?
A. I thought she wouldn't warn him cause she would think he could protect himself...i on the other hand would be out of breath from running to tell him that some whacko vampire was going to get him. i wouldn't tell him she was after me...i wouldn't want them to risk themselves trying to save me. Sometimes, a girl's gotta save herself.

1. When did you first suspect Jacob was a werewolf? When Bella realized it or had you been suspicious of his drastic changes?

I realized he was a werewolf quickly after the meadow scene where we see the 5 wolves. I had recently read Twilight again, and the dream came up in my mind, and it all clicked.

2. In various occasions, Jacob tries to tell Bella what is happening but is abruptly cut off? Why did you think this happened? Was it guilt or fear that prompted his sudden silences? Or was it something else?

I thought he cut off because of fear. IF he told, the pack would hurt him.

3. What did you think of Jacob being a werewolf? Was it surprising? Did you like it? Why or why not?

When I figured it out, IT did suprise me that there would be yet another mythical creature to deal with. It also made me mad, because it just added one more problem to Bella's already problem rife life.

4. How did you feelabout Jacob after he came over, trying to explain himself about the confrontation earlier that day? Did it redeem him for you or make things worse?

I think he did the right thing in coming over, however, I think he should have done it sooner.

5. Did you think that Jacob and the rest of the 'pack' were responsible for the murders that were occurring?

That thought actually did not occur to me until it did to Bella. And when it did, I doubted it, but I could see it as the only logical thing that could cause the deaths.

6. At the end of the chapter, Bella debates with herself as to whether she should warn Jacob or if she shouldn't. What did you think she would do? What would you have done?

I thought she would go tell Jake. He was the only thing making her happy, and she couldn't just give up on him! IF I were in her shoes though, I probably would have just called. I would be too scared to be around a werewolf.

1. When did you first suspect Jacob was a werewolf? When Bella realized it or had you been suspicious of his drastic changes?

I first suspected Jacob was a warewolf right away in the meadow. When Bella finally realized it, I was like "FINNALY! SHE GET'S IT!!"

2. In various occasions, Jacob tries to tell Bella what is happening but is abruptly cut off? Why did you think this happened? Was it guilt or fear that prompted his sudden silences? Or was it something else?

Probably a combo of both guilt and fear.

3. What did you think of Jacob being a werewolf? Was it surprising? Did you like it? Why or why not?

It wasn't all that suprising. I honestly don't care whether or not Jacob is a warewolf or not...sorry to say, but I don't really like him.

4. How did you feelabout Jacob after he came over, trying to explain himself about the confrontation earlier that day? Did it redeem him for you or make things worse?

It made things worse. If he was that good of a friend to Bella, he should've told her right away.

5. Did you think that Jacob and the rest of the 'pack' were responsible for the murders that were occurring?

No I didn't. I knew that Victoria and James were wondering around and that was prolly the reason behind the killings.

6. At the end of the chapter, Bella debates with herself as to whether she should warn Jacob or if she shouldn't. What did you think she would do? What would you have done?

I would've told him...it would've been the responsible thing to do.
"Before you, my life was like a moonless night. Very dark, but there were stars - points of light and reason...and then you shot across my sky like a meteor. Suddenly everything was on fire; there was brilliancy, there was beauty. When you were gone, when the meteor had fallen over the horizon, everything went black. Nothing had changed, but my eyes were blinded by the light. I couldn't see the stars anymore. And there was no more reason for anything."
