1. Jessica switches allegiance by siding with Lauren and convincing others to not go on the group outing. Do you feel that, based on Bella's actions the night of the bar incident, her reaction is justified?

i think that it was partaly because of what happened the other night, and how bella has been for the past couple of months. i think that she saw that if she excepted she was making a mistake. her actions weren't right, but can be justified.

2. When the motorcycle loses power to summon Edward's voice, Bella begins to search for the meadow. Why do you think she chooses this as her next attempt to conjure his voice?

it was something important to him. also one of the first things he told her, was to not going into the forest.

3. Bella is amazed that Jacob never gives up on pursuing her, despite rejection after rejection. She wonders where he gets the confidence. Based on what we know of Jacob, what do you think he reasons are for being so confident and not giving up?

he likes bella, a lot. and as chloe says in smallville "he is worth the wait."

4. Bella knows that part of her will always love Edward, yet she begins to entertain the idea of Jacob being more than just a friend. Do you see this as a betrayal of her heart, or is she smart to press forward and think about moving on?

she is starting to move on. though she will always love Edward, she is starting to believe that he actually isn't coming back and that she has to move on with her life. jake was always there for her.

I didn't really care... as long as Angela would still be Bella's friend, I was okay with it... I like Angela a whole lot more than I do Jessica
2. When the motorcycle loses power to summon Edward's voice, Bella begins to search for the meadow. Why do you think she chooses this as her next attempt to conjure his voice? I think she chose the meadow because it had a great memory of them together. I think maybe being there would conjure his voice.

3. Bella is amazed that Jacob never gives up on pursuing her, despite rejection after rejection. She wonders where he gets the confidence. Based on what we know of Jacob, what do you think he reasons are for being so confident and not giving up?
I have no clue on why that is... Maybe it runs in the family. but I don't know otherwise. He likes her that much then...

4. Bella knows that part of her will always love Edward, yet she begins to entertain the idea of Jacob being more than just a friend. Do you see this as a betrayal of her heart, or is she smart to press forward and think about moving on? I kind of see this as a betrayal. Her heart is set on Edward. And yet, I see it as smart too, because Bella could never know when Edward would come back

1. Jessica switches allegiance by siding with Lauren and convincing others to not go on the group outing. Do you feel that, based on Bella's actions the night of the bar incident, her reaction is justified?
Jessica was never one to look much farther beyond her own interests. When Bella wierded out the night they went out she never considered why or if she could be of any help to Bella. If Bella's strange behavior continued it could become a threat to Jessical's good standing among those she sought to impress. Does this justify her actions? Only if you are shallow and your self esteam is based on what others think of youl.

2. When the motorcycle loses power to summon Edward's voice, Bella begins to search for the meadow. Why do you think she chooses this as her next attempt to conjure his voice?
I'm not realy sure why she chose the meadow. She had already been to the house and knew that it did not bring about the illusions she had hoped for. I think it was an act of desperation.

3. Bella is amazed that Jacob never gives up on pursuing her, despite rejection after rejection. She wonders where he gets the confidence. Based on what we know of Jacob, what do you think he reasons are for being so confident and not giving up?
Jacob likes Bella. There doesn't seem to be any other competition for her affections and he knows that she is happier around him.

4. Bella knows that part of her will always love Edward, yet she begins to entertain the idea of Jacob being more than just a friend. Do you see this as a betrayal of her heart, or is she smart to press forward and think about moving on?
She is not betraying her heart any more than anyone else is who has been left by someone. She is finaly come to grips with the fact that Edward had no intentions of returning and that it is time to move on with life. How sad if at 18 her life stopped there.

I really dont think that Jessica was right to have convinced the others not go go. Also no I dont feel that Jessica was in the right to switch on Bella. Jessica was one of the first people that Bella talked to. And On the night of the bar incident Yes bella was a bit crazy but who is not when they loose a lonved one

2. When the motorcycle loses power to summon Edward's voice, Bella begins to search for the meadow. Why do you think she chooses this as her next attempt to conjure his voice?

I feel that Bella chose this as her next attempt to summon Edward because this is where they sort of began and she saw him is a new llight

3. Bella is amazed that Jacob never gives up on pursuing her, despite rejection after rejection. She wonders where he gets the confidence. Based on what we know of Jacob, what do you think he reasons are for being so confident and not giving up?

I feel that Jacob is trying to get Bella becasue he feels that he could better protect her if he loved her and she loved him back

4. Bella knows that part of her will always love Edward, yet she begins to entertain the idea of Jacob being more than just a friend. Do you see this as a betrayal of her heart, or is she smart to press forward and think about moving on?

I think that she was smart to try to maoved on

Jessica is just.....SHALLOW! She was never a true friend to Bella.
2. When the motorcycle loses power to summon Edward's voice, Bella begins to search for the meadow. Why do you think she chooses this as her next attempt to conjure his voice?
Because The Meadow has EDWARD written all over it! I mean everytime I see a meadow I think of Edward too! :D
3. Bella is amazed that Jacob never gives up on pursuing her, despite rejection after rejection. She wonders where he gets the confidence. Based on what we know of Jacob, what do you think he reasons are for being so confident and not giving up?
Thats a really tough question!
4. Bella knows that part of her will always love Edward, yet she begins to entertain the idea of Jacob being more than just a friend. Do you see this as a betrayal of her heart, or is she smart to press forward and think about moving on?
Well, she was thinking that Edward would want her to be happy, & she liked Jacob so i think it was actually quite brave of her to try & move on

1. Jessica switches allegiance by siding with Lauren and convincing others to not go on the group outing. Do you feel that, based on Bella's actions the night of the bar incident, her reaction is justified?

It didnt surprise me that Jessica reacted that way...she's so shallow that its just in her nature. As for justifying her actions, I can see why she did it but does that make it right? No. Friends are suppose to be there unconditionally. Jessica should have tried to understand the reason behind Bella's depression but its not in Jessica's character to do so. I can see why she did it but I dont think it was the correct way to handle things.

2. When the motorcycle loses power to summon Edward's voice, Bella begins to search for the meadow. Why do you think she chooses this as her next attempt to conjure his voice?

This was a real special place for Bella and Edward. She was desperate and she figured that going to the meadow was a sure bet!

3. Bella is amazed that Jacob never gives up on pursuing her, despite rejection after rejection. She wonders where he gets the confidence. Based on what we know of Jacob, what do you think he reasons are for being so confident and not giving up?

First and foremost I love Jacob. Im in love with him. Tee hee
Anyway, on to the question...A lot of people mistake his confidence with sock, but then again Jake is always misunderstood. Anyway, Jacob believes that Edward was no good for her...that he hurt her deep. He knows in his heart that he would never hurt Bella that way. He loves her so much and knows that he can try to make her happy. Jacob knows that is a good guy.

4. Bella knows that part of her will always love Edward, yet she begins to entertain the idea of Jacob being more than just a friend. Do you see this as a betrayal of her heart, or is she smart to press forward and think about moving on?

She wasnt betraying her heart because her heart would always belong to Edward. But, Bella believed that Edward was never to return and that she eventually would have to move on, even if her heart wouldnt. She knew that Jacob was an incredible guy and the more time she spent with him, the more she believed that Jacob could make her happy. Not Edward-happy, but happy nonetheless. I think she was smart in trying to move on...the only thing that pains me, is that Jacob got hurt in the process.

These questions come from the lovely Twix!

1. Jessica switches allegiance by siding with Lauren and convincing others to not go on the group outing. Do you feel that, based on Bella's actions the night of the bar incident, her reaction is justified?
No, i dont think she should have gone the the fullest extent! i mean siding with LAUREN? ew. Even if Bella was compeltley out of line you just don't diss someone like that.
2. When the motorcycle loses power to summon Edward's voice, Bella begins to search for the meadow. Why do you think she chooses this as her next attempt to conjure his voice?
Because this was where it all happened. Their relationship, everything.
3. Bella is amazed that Jacob never gives up on pursuing her, despite rejection after rejection. She wonders where he gets the confidence. Based on what we know of Jacob, what do you think he reasons are for being so confident and not giving up?
One because he was just about to blow up into a werewolf and two because he knew he was wiggleing his way in. Edward was gone, forever supposedly (yeah THAT didint happen) and Bella liked him best. out of everyone... he deserved a spot in her life and he knew it
4. Bella knows that part of her will always love Edward, yet she begins to entertain the idea of Jacob being more than just a friend. Do you see this as a betrayal of her heart, or is she smart to press forward and think about moving on?
I think she is very smart to do that. If Edward had never came back what would she be betraying? her heart yes, but he wasnt coming back. she needed to move on with Jacob. she needed to be happy and for him to be happy. even Edward's 'memory' said in the car "BE HAPPY." if he had never came back he would have wanted her to be with Jake.

???

2. When the motorcycle loses power to summon Edward's voice, Bella begins to search for the meadow. Why do you think she chooses this as her next attempt to conjure his voice?

I think that he looked so amazing in the meadow and that they had such a great bonding there that she just automatically thought about that place.

3. Bella is amazed that Jacob never gives up on pursuing her, despite rejection after rejection. She wonders where he gets the confidence. Based on what we know of Jacob, what do you think he reasons are for being so confident and not giving up?

I think that well I don't really like Jacob that much but that he's just weird... LOL

4. Bella knows that part of her will always love Edward, yet she begins to entertain the idea of Jacob being more than just a friend. Do you see this as a betrayal of her heart, or is she smart to press forward and think about moving on?

I think that she wanted to stop thinking about Edward (well duh) and wanted to act like she moved on but have a secret hope that he would come back...
