1. What were your impressions of the house that the Cullens live in?

-I thought that it was beautiful and described perfectly. I like that they have a realy home, it shows the humanity in them. It suited them all exactly.

2. This is the first time Bella meets the Cullens ( other than Carlisle ) and gets to for an impression based on her experience alone. In other words, Edward no longer describes them for her, she gets to see them herself. In this chapter, she mostly interacts with Carlisle and Esme, what were your impressions of them.

-I have utmost respect for Carlisle and Esme seems like someone that you would get close to quickly. The mother in her is an attractive quality and sets a peacefulness and acceptance for Bella in her home. Carlisle is someone who you know will take care of you and you can tell that the others look up to him by the way he himself is an example.

3. There is a brief mention of Alice having seen the visit of other vampires. What was your reaction to this when you first read it? Did you have any idea that it would turn into the large disaster that takes over until the end of the novel?

- I got scared that they were going to take Bella away and because of how easy it has been for me to go through the emotions with all characters involved it would have been heart breaking. I could not read fast enough to find out what happens. I read all the books in 3 days and can't wait for more.

4. Edward and Bella describe being nervous about meeting/interacting with each other's families as boyfriend and girlfriend. Who do you think is more nervous Edward or Bella and why?

- I think Bella would be more nervous because she is self concious and there are a lot of Cullens to meet. I think it would be hard for Edward too knowing what Charlie is thinking about him upon first impression

1. What were your impressions of the house that the Cullens live in?
I was awed by their house. I could totally picture it in my mind. It seemed really modern yet timeless. I would love to live in a house like that or even get to walk through that house. I really think all the openness would be really cool.

I thought Carlisle and Esme were very considerate and kind. They seemed like they were really trying their hardest to be inviting and yet not intimidating. I really liked them. They seemed like the kind of parents everyone would want to have.

3. There is a brief mention of Alice having seen the visit of other vampires. What was your reaction to this when you first read it? Did you have any idea that it would turn into the large disaster that takes over until the end of the novel?
I had no idea that that was going to be such a huge thing. And the Cullens didn't know either until Edward read James' mind. I thought it would just be a friendly meeting and then they would go away. The obviously is not what happened. :P

4. Edward and Bella describe being nervous about meeting/interacting with each other's families as boyfriend and girlfriend. Who do you think is more nervous Edward or Bella and why?
I think Bella was more nervous. She is finally being presented as Edward's girlfriend. They are officially together. Also, meeting a vampire's huge family has got to be scary. I don't think Edward was too nervous. He might have been nervous about how his family would take Bella but his family knows everything about eachother and they already know about Bella so I don't think he was too nervous. And I don't think he was nervous about meeting Charlie at all. He was just another human to him. No offense to Charlie. I love him. :)

1. What were your impressions of the house that the Cullens live in?

I knew the Cullen house would be wonderful, but WOW! What a cool place. I would love, love to live in a house like that with my entire family!

Gentle, respectable. Those are two words that come to mind when I think of Carlisle and Esme. They were very cautious at first, so as not to scare Bella?? Once they saw she was not afraid of them, they seemed to lighten up.

3. There is a brief mention of Alice having seen the visit of other vampires. What was your reaction to this when you first read it? Did you have any idea that it would turn into the large disaster that takes over until the end of the novel?

I had not idea at all this would impact the story the way it did.

4. Edward and Bella describe being nervous about meeting/interacting with each other's families as boyfriend and girlfriend. Who do you think is more nervous Edward or Bella and why?

Edward is nervous more to see what Bella's reaction is going to be. He has an awesome family with no secrets and they all want to see him happy. Bella on the other hand seems to be very, very nervous to introduce Edward to Charlie as her boyfriend.

1. What were your impressions of the house that the Cullens live in?

It seemed like the house was hidden on purpose to keep other people from accidently discovering it. Also, since I knew that Carlisle was a doctor, I figured that they must have some money.

2. This is the first time Bella meets the Cullens (other than Carlisle) and gets to form an impression based on her experience alone. In other words, Edward no longer describes them for her, she gets to see them herself. In this chapter, she mostly interacts with Carlisle and Esme. What were your impressions of them?

With Esme, I felt like she was so excited for Edward to bring someone home that he felt comfortable with. I really felt like Esme considered Edward to be her true son and wanted him to be happy. With Carlisle, I didn't really get an impression of him one way or another except for the fact that he felt okay with Bella knowing about his family.

3. There is a brief mention of Alice having seen the visit of other vampires. What was your reaction to this when you first read it? Did you have any idea that it would turn into the large disaster that takes over until the end of the novel?

No, I did not realize that it would end up being the major part of the story but I was looking forward to reading about other vampires.

4. Edward and Bella describe being nervous about meeting/interacting with each other's families as boyfriend and girlfriend. Who do you think is more nervous Edward or Bella and why?

I think that Bella was the more nervous one because she wasn't really sure how Edward's family felt about her knowing their "secret". She had to impress six others while Edward was only going to have to impress Charlie.

1. What were your impressions of the house that the Cullens live in?

A) i thought it was pretty cool. I especially liked the massive windows.

A) I absolutly loved them, especially Esme. I thought of both of them as loving parents.

3. There is a brief mention of Alice having seen the visit of other vampires. What was your reaction to this when you first read it? Did you have any idea that it would turn into the large disaster that takes over until the end of the novel?

A) I kind of put it on the back burner. I knew something was going to happen, but i had no idea it was going to be that significant.

4. Edward and Bella describe being nervous about meeting/interacting with each other's families as boyfriend and girlfriend. Who do you think is more nervous Edward or Bella and why?

A) Bella for sure. Her parents always seemed like the ones who wouldn't want her to have a boyfriend at least until she was out of high school. Bringing one on so fast must have put a big load on Bella's chest

4. Edward and Bella describe being nervous about meeting/interacting with each other's families as boyfriend and girlfriend. Who do you think is more nervous Edward or Bella and why?
1) In my imagination, the house was dazzling.

2) I thought Carlisle was nice, and Esme was warm and motherly.

3) I didn't think of it much. Actually, when i first read it, i thought that the new vampires were going to come in the second book. was i ever in for a surprise.

4) I think Bella is more nervous. She has to worry about fear and acceptance. But that again, Edward should be as equally worried, for fearing that she could get killed. I think there nervousness is equal.

1. What were your impressions of the house that the Cullens live in? It seemed magnificent and unlike any house I've seen or ever imagined. An entire wall of glass...?

2. This is the first time Bella meets the Cullens ( other than Carlisle ) and gets to for an impression based on her experience alone. In other words, Edward no longer describes them for her, she gets to see them herself. In this chapter, she mostly interacts with Carlisle and Esme, what were your impressions of them? Carlisle and Esme seem to show a need to protect Bella even though they have just met her - such as when Alice came bolting down the stairs and how they watched Jasper carefully when he met her.

3. There is a brief mention of Alice having seen the visit of other vampires. What was your reaction to this when you first read it? Did you have any idea that it would turn into the large disaster that takes over until the end of the novel? I didn't think it'd be something as big as what it was. I thought the "conflict" in this book would be all about typical high school relationship crap that people go through.

4. Edward and Bella describe being nervous about meeting/interacting with each other's families as boyfriend and girlfriend. Who do you think is more nervous Edward or Bella and why? I think Bella is a lot more nervous than Edward. Edward can use his charm on anyone other than Bella. Bella has no help in making Charlie feel comfortable with Edward or how the Cullen's will react to her.
"Because right now, physically, there's nothing I want more than you. More than food or water or oxygen."

Team Edward - Cause only a vampire can love you forever!
Team Bella - I want to be a monster too!

1. What were your impressions of the house that the Cullens live in?

I wanted it, it's my dream to build a house like that.

2. This is the first time Bella meets the Cullens (other than Carlisle) and gets to for an impression based on her experience alone. In other words, Edward no longer describes them for her, she gets to see them herself. In this chapter, she mostly interacts with Carlisle and Esme, what were your impressions of them.

I like them. They're warm and open, Esme would like Bella if she had webbed feet and a third eye.

3. There is a brief mention of Alice having seen the visit of other vampires. What was your reaction to this when you first read it? Did you have any idea that it would turn into the large disaster that takes over until the end of the novel?

I hope they don't come after Bella. Yeah I kida did.

4. Edward and Bella describe being nervous about meeting/interacting with each other's families as boyfriend and girlfriend. Who do you think is more nervous Edward or Bella and why?

Edward, he's used to being around vampires and interacting with them not humans.

1. What were your impressions of the house that the Cullens live in?

It is very beautiful. I would like a house like that

They are very sweet and Esme really thinks she is the best thing that has happened to Edward

3. There is a brief mention of Alice having seen the visit of other vampires. What was your reaction to this when you first read it? Did you have any idea that it would turn into the large disaster that takes over until the end of the novel?

Uh oh something bad is going to happen. Edward's love will have to be tested and his control will have to be tested because of what is going to happen. I did have an idea on what is going to happen in the end. Nothing has a happy ending unless there is some action.

4. Edward and Bella describe being nervous about meeting/interacting with each other's families as boyfriend and girlfriend. Who do you think is more nervous Edward or Bella and why?

I think it is more nervous for both because Edward has to deal with a cop, and Bella has to deal with vampires. Both mortally dangerous for the guy and girl

1. What were your impressions of the house that the Cullens live in?
Beautiful! I was surprised that it was so open and bright. I loved the back wall being one big window. It made sense though, they can be themselves even in the sun without the threat of anyone knowing.

I thought Esme was the quintessential mum! I loved her from the word go. Carlisle is a loving father but also protective of his family.

3. There is a brief mention of Alice having seen the visit of other vampires. What was your reaction to this when you first read it? Did you have any idea that it would turn into the large disaster that takes over until the end of the novel?
I played it off to be honest. I had no idea that it would escalate and Bella would be running for her life.

4. Edward and Bella describe being nervous about meeting/interacting with each other's families as boyfriend and girlfriend. Who do you think is more nervous Edward or Bella and why?
I think Bella was more nervous about his family liking her than the whole vampire thing. I think Edward just wanted to make a good first impression on Charlie but he also wanted his family to fall in love with her.
