1. Each time they are in science class, Bella describes an electric-like current passing between her and Edward. What do you think this current is?

Pure chemsitry! And a passionate desire for each other. Oh, and love! Musn't forget that one. ^^

2. During all the questions, we learn that the thing Edward asks the most about are books Bella has read. Why do you think he mostly asks about books?

Books are a creative way to measure a person's character. If someone reads romace, they're, you know, romantic and wistful. If someone reads historical fiction they have appreciation for the past and enjoy light learning. If someone reads mystery novels they're cuious and insightful. If someone reads classics, they're deep and intelligent, etc. etc. Plus, I think Edward's been around long enough to read his share of books - and since Edward and Bella share a love of Debussy, perhaps their taste in music is similar.

3. What type of books do you think Bella mentions?

Lots of classical romances, with a smattering of historical fiction novels in there. But I don't think she'd read modern stuff of sci-fi. She reads when she wants to relax, right? So her favorite books would be in another time, that she could escape to.

4. What was your reaction to hearing what twilight is like for vampires.

I was like, 'AW!' and then I continued reading. For one thing, i didn't really understand the mentality behind it (I'm thick!). But I did like Bella's optimistic comment on how she likes the dark because without it we couldn't see the stars. That was cute. :)

1. Each time they are in science class, Bella describes an electric-like current passing between her and Edward. What do you think this current is?

L-O-V-E! LOVE! Chemisty, an undeniable sense that they should be together forever and ever! Instinct that they cannot survive without each other!!! Okay, I'll simmer down now.

2. During all the questions, we learn that the thing Edward asks the most about are books Bella has read. Why do you think he mostly asks about books?

I think books have been a big past time for Edward, when TV and computers didn't exist. I bet they still are what he does in his spare time. Since they may be a big part of his life, he must be interested to know what Bella reads to help him figure out what sort of person she is, if they have similar interests, etc.

3. What type of books do you think Bella mentions?

Romance novels full of hope and love. Jane Austen, probably and Charlotte Bronte, Shakespeare perhaps, classics. I wouldn't be surprised if she reads the sorts of books we all like to read.

4. What was your reaction to hearing what twilight is like for vampires.

I thought it made sense, but was bittersweet. It definitely fit for the title.
I had a little birdy once,
His name was Enza.
I opened up the window
And in-flu-enza!

*Edward Cullen!* The only good thing about the 1918 Spanish Influenza.

1. Each time they are in science class, Bella describes an electric-like current passing between her and Edward. What do you think this current is?

I'm going to have to go with Love.

2. During all the questions, we learn that the thing Edward asks the most about are books Bella has read. Why do you think he mostly asks about books?

Because maybe he knows she has a great love of books and wants to know her which ones and why.

3. What type of books do you think Bella mentions?

Romances, mostly. Jane Austen, Shakespeare, ect.

4. What was your reaction to hearing what twilight is like for vampires.

I was surprised. Usually night is more dangerous than peaceful.
Do not be afraid of the dark, for in every midnight, there is a moon...

1. Each time they are in science class, Bella describes an electric-like current passing between her and Edward. What do you think this current is?

Love, love, love...and just the need to be together! When you like someone you want to touch them, kiss them..., and since the obviously want to be together...it's chemistry!

2. During all the questions, we learn that the thing Edward asks the most about are books Bella has read. Why do you think he mostly asks about books?

Well Edward must have read a gazillion books by now, so it must be refreshing for him to discuss a topic like this with a 17 year old. I bet he found it amazing she has read so much...

3. What type of books do you think Bella mentions?

Well we know she likes Jane Austen, so I am thinking books along these lines, just more adult in content.

4. What was your reaction to hearing what twilight is like for vampires.

It was interesting for me. You night is usually linked to danger...and for them, it's totally opposit. Plus, it was a bit...sad, I kind of wanted to be Bella and just give Edward a big old hug!

1. Each time they are in science class, Bella describes an electric-like current passing between her and Edward. What do you think this current is?

I agree it could be chemistry, but of a more intense nature... after all, it seems both Bella's and Edward's reactions and emotions throughout the book are magnified when they are near each other.

2. During all the questions, we learn that the thing Edward asks the most about are books Bella has read. Why do you think he mostly asks about books?

Well, Bella obviously loves to read, but you have to think about Edward's past. He grew up in a time without TV, computers, video games, so reading would be a popular way to pass the time. It's interesting that Bella is attracted to the classics - stories about how people lived in earlier days. It's a way for Edward to feel closer to her and connect with her, because in a way she's connecting with his past, his human experiences both through the topics of the books and the act of reading itself.

3. What type of books do you think Bella mentions?

I agree with Charlotte Bronte and Jane Austen, perhaps also Emily Dickinson, Greek myths, Dante. 8)

4. What was your reaction to hearing what twilight is like for vampires.

It was sad. Edward explained twilight as the beginning and the ending of another day - being stuck between two worlds, and never really feeling a part of either one. Even though he has his family, Stephenie hints that he's still lonely as a vampire. Bella is very grounding for him - she helps him relate to at least one of the worlds (perhaps another reason he is reluctant to turn her????).

1. Each time they are in science class, Bella describes an electric-like current passing between her and Edward. What do you think this current is?

Chemistry seems to be the favourite and I have to agree.

2. During all the questions, we learn that the thing Edward asks the most about are books Bella has read. Why do you think he mostly asks about books?

Edward has alot of spare time on his hands so I'm sure he would of read basically every book worth reading.

3. What type of books do you think Bella mentions?

She likes Jane Austen.

4. What was your reaction to hearing what twilight is like for vampires

I didn't really find it all that suprising. When everyone's sleeping they're heart isn't really racing to pump the blood around so it would be quiet and peacful for vampires I suppose.

1. Each time they are in science class, Bella describes an electric-like current passing between her and Edward. What do you think this current is?

I think the "electric current" is just the realization of how close the other person is. They hadn't been that close before and they both want to just touch eachother. After chapter 13...she never talks about a connection like that, I think it's because they've touched eachother.

2. During all the questions, we learn that the thing Edward asks the most about are books Bella has read. Why do you think he mostly asks about books?

I think he mostly asks her about books because he's read aton of books and he knows Bella loves books. Since they both love and know alot about books, it's a good topic for both of them to discuss.

3. What type of books do you think Bella mentions?

Probably her favorite books. Or maybe the classics. Such as Pride and Prejeduce, The Scarlet Letter, Maybe even A Tale of Two Cities. Just the old classics...

4. What was your reaction to hearing what twilight is like for vampires.

I just thought that it made sense. Aren't vampires always doing things at night? I think that its understandable that it's the safest time of night for him. I was just kind of suprised to hear that he didn't like Twilight.

1. Each time they are in science class, Bella describes an electric-like current passing between her and Edward. What do you think this current is?

Attraction and love.

2. During all the questions, we learn that the thing Edward asks the most about are books Bella has read. Why do you think he mostly asks about books?

Well, I have to consider that for some time, Edward lived without the modern ways of entertainment today. No television, Dance Dance Revolution (haha), not a lot of gadgets. So mostly, all he had for entertainment was books. Plus he's been around for a while, and he should have read quite a few. Also, since Bella likes reading as well, it's a good topic for conversation.

3. What type of books do you think Bella mentions?

Classics.

4. What was your reaction to hearing what twilight is like for vampires.

I didn't dwell much on it, honestly, but it was intriguing.
