I don't think they are betting over dead animals.... they aren't that needy... and where is the fun in hunting dead animals?!

I think it's some detail about the wedding... say, what car he'll pick up Bella in. (Or maybe a carriage???) :)

Hallo an alle Deutschen! :)

I haven't read the german translations, but I've given them out to family and friends, and they've loved the books (although they aren't as obsessed as me -- now I understand, it's because the translation sucks!).

^^She's not. It's all going to be PG stuff, since it is YA. Remember, her kids are reading this, as are many, many fellow LDS readers, including my mom who would flip out and take the whole series away from me if there was anything sleazy. And I too would be disappointed, considering these are the ...

I heart Cullen: Good observation! YES; I think SAM was a werewolf then! And I think it is some very sublime and well-done foreshadowing by SM for the rest of the story!!!! But here, my answers: 1. Did you feel a sense of foreboding in this chapter? At what point did you feel what was coming? Or did ...

Sweet, thanks for the replies. I figured that most people would like Edward, and I'll explain my first post. I do love Edward, he's amazingly scrumptious and ideally wonderful, but there are times I just want to rip his head off because he's totally hurting Bella! (Especially that one part in book ...

Haha, I loved after Jake kissed Bella and they go back to her house and Charlie's like, "What happened?" and Jake goes, "I kissed her," and Charlie just says "Good for you!" Also, I can't remember what the "Penguins. Lovely." line is. What part is that? Yes the one with Charlie was super funny!!! :...

Honestly, I was a bit shocked the first time I read Bella trying to seduce Edward. It just seemed really awkward to me. But now I laugh every time I read it. Yes I agree. I didn't laugh the first time around because I thought it was so... pathetic. And I did feel rejection and anger when Edward was...

HI Eric,

Don't take offense if people didn't reply right away (or if all you get is generic Hellos) -- thing is, a lot of people are 14 year old girls and they don't know how to talk to a guy. ;)

Anyway, happy posting and PM me any time.
