Before I read Twilight, I was in a rut. My life was feeling static and repetitive, and it felt like my brain just kept taking the same routes over and over. Then I bought Twilight off the good reviews on amazon. It's a strange thing that I finished the book, prepared to move on, and just...couldn't....

Theank you Ouisa! Love the banner! Since Ouisa posted first, I think the question goes. Cullengirl, the question you asked was discussed on the last thread, but if the thread has a question shortage, I'm sure we can reuse!' Say Alec could erase (bad) memories, should he erase Jane's? Would you want ...

Is Bella too forgiving? Is there anything wrong with being too forgiving? I want to stay out of this just to make this known: the question is absolutely fine (I think it's quite good, actually!), but this is quite capable of opening a certain door to Bella-bashing and if it does turn the thread int...

I actually think its beautiful. And of course she will have her choice, just as Emily had her choice. And every other girl before them. But again, "that kind of devotion is hard to resist". This isn't a maped out life, just another beautiful path. Emily was an adult when she was presented with the ...

I'm the farthest from an imprinting expert, but I think that it's not that the imprintee is the perfect match, but the the imprinter warps themself into the person who would be the imprintee's perfect match. Which doesn't really sound all that fair to the wolf, because they'd have to change themself...

I find myself feeling pretty sorry for Claire. It's like an arranged marriage to me. She's got her whole future planned out for her before she's even conscious of what's happening. Where's her choice in all this, if she's going to be raised to pretty much choose Quil without other thought? Sure she'...

I think in a purely aesthetic and entertainment sense, vampires would want to sleep. Have something to do and not be bored all the time. And dream, I'm sure they're interested in that. On the other hand, I do have the feeling that if Edward had the chance to sleep he'd probably freak out at the time...

I've been wondering about the heavy vampire thing for ages myself. Other then that, plus some parts about writing and narration and personal stuff, the thing about Edward in the tree in Twilight is the only thing I believe I didn't know.

I'm not getting into this but I notice that we are at 70 pages and 100 isn't that far off from here. PM me if you have a topic you'd like to start out with (I'm tapped) for version three and if there's more than one submission I'll try to be as objective as possible when choosing. Also, I've decided...
