If Leah did have feelings for Jacob, she wouldn't be able to hide them from Jacob or any of the pack.

But it would be interesting if Leah were to grow more depth, and become the kind of character that could deserve Jacob.

It's a lot easier to decide for Bella then for me (Edward). For me I'd have to say neither. Probably Jacob over Edward. I think both Jacob and Edward would be way too intense for me. Esspecially Edward. On the surface I might prefer Jacob over Edward, because it would feel like less of a commitment....

Both Edward and Bella underestimate the other's devotion. The events in New Moon make it so by the end, they both know that the other loves them to the point that Edward can't leave again.

Edwards note says: "I'm breaking the rules by sending you this. She was afraid of hurting you, and didn't want you to feel obligated in any way." Edward was breaking the guest list veto rule that Bella set. The note basically was saying that Bella decided not to invite Jacob because she didn't want ...

i don't think it's entirely unuasul for people to be able to smell blood, there is a huge range interms of smelling abilities for humans It's not entirely unusualy for someone to be influential and charismatic. At the very least it's something odd about her, and something she's more sensitive to th...

I went ahead and checked the book. It isn't really clear about how much blood there was.

I still think Edward saying "Humans can't smell blood" seems like forshadowing for something special about Bella.

But when she was in the nurse's office, she could smell the blood when juse Mike Newton and some other kid came in. They'd barely come through the door. And Mike Newton claimed he wasn't even bleeding anymore

I doubt it will worry Bella if Jacob doesn't show up to her wedding. Since she doesn't even know he was invited.

I hope she doesn't spend a lot of the book worrying about Jacob. It's not very fair to Edward now that she's decided to pick him and stick with that decision.
