Hey everyone!

I know that a few of you are thinking of wearing gold contact lenses for the Prom, or other Breaking Dawn-related events for that "authentic" vampire look, and I just thought I'd post here about this great Australian site I found that does them really cheap!

NovaVision: http://www.novavision.com.au/index.php?page=crazylenses (Scroll right down to the bottom of the page) are based in NSW and they have disposable, non-corrective Gold-coloured contact lenses for, as you can see, $41 a pair! (Plus $6.00 P&H) You even get a free case for them (top of the page), and they send you eyedrops and even a pair of tweezers for removing them! It took them about a week to send them to me, but seeing as everyone here actually lives in NSW, it might take a considerably shorter time for them to get the contacts out to you guys.

Keep in mind that you have to throw them out as soon as you've finished wearing them; they're only supposed to last a day, if that. Most optomotrists told me an absolute maximum wearing time of 10 hours, because coloured contacts are not very oxygen permiable (only about 35%)

But I've tried mine on, and they look AWESOME!!!

Just thought I'd let everyone know!

I know! The ones I was planning on getting were double the price (about $83 I think), and not exactly the colour I needed. But these ones are PERFECT. It's times like this I have to admit how much I love Google. *Hugs*
