I thought someone asked SM at a Signing about Wanda lying to Ian about her age or something that had to do with the body she was inserted into (I imagine she was referring to Pet's body?) and asking about how was Wanda able to lie and why did she lie - I only did a fast read through the book and apparently missed that part, I'm slowly reading back through. Could someone give me the quote or link to that? I went back through the blog on here but couldn't find it but I'm certain I read it on the Lexicon.

That's alright. Sorry, I have no clue. But I do know it says in the book why she lied if you want to know where that is.

That's alright. Sorry, I have no clue. But I do know it says in the book why she lied if you want to know where that is.

I know why she did (because she didn't want them to worry about her body being underage, yes?) I was more interested in how she was able to because there was that whole thing about how she couldn't lie. I could have sworn it was on the front page in one of the signing questions though I cannot find it to save my life. I thought it was in that one entry where the spoiler was that everyone flipped out about but I reread that entry and didn't see it.

At the end, where Burns Living Flowers shows up...

...had he ever been in the story before that point? Because the name sounded so... familiar... like a Healer or something--Healer Burns. It's likely that I'm just being dilusional, but...

I know what you mean! That name struck something in my brain. I think you might be right about the healer name.

It is very similar to Fords Deep Waters, Wanderer's Healer. Is that what you were thinking about?
