i agree! the first person i thought of as ian was jensen ackles (i wonder, are you a supernatural fan?) and i still think of him as ian...but i also am starting to like ian somerhalder as ian as well.

your pick of james lafferty as kyle is good too...i wouldn't think of him at first, but now that you said it, i can definitely see him as kyle...

My pick for jared is jared padalecki, he just seems like he could convey jared's happiness while with mel before she was captured and his anger and conflicted emotions in the caves.

omg thank you so much! that was how i pictured them to be, except i pictured ian with short, spiky, kind of Faux-Hawky hair. but when i drew it that way it looked way gooky so i tried the shag, so yeah... but thank you, it means alot

I really see Wanda/Wanderer at the end of the book as Emily Browning as a blonde.

When it comes to the way I see the characters in the book, they tend to look nothing like that way they are described. For example, Bella is described with brown hair while I see her with red locks.

Wanda/Mel's body-Allison Sudol of A Fine Frenzy. She's a beautiful girl, and she has this sweetness to her face, although I can see that Melanie toughness in her.

The Seeker: My old math teacher, who made my life miserable for a year. Maybe that's why it was so easy for me to see her as "Lacey".

Jamie: the character of Jamie kept going back and forth between two different characters in my mind: The more used was a mini Mikey Way from the band My Chemical Romance, while the other was Paul Butcher from the popular kids' TV series Zoey 101.

Jared: Gerard Way. Again, just one of those automatic 'clicks' to me.

Burns(One of my FAVORITE characters in the book, for some reason):He isn't well known, just a guy off of Youtube, but I immediatly thought of him when then mentioned Burns: Jake Quilty-Dunn.

Like I said, most of the characters don't follow the descriptions of them in the books much at all, but I still love them all lots. *Hugs fictional characters*

I always conjure up clear character images, but for some reason they just appear, they aren't really based off specific actors or people. My list:

Jeb: This tall, lanky old guy with a scraggly white beard, thin hair on top, round glasses, and tanned skin. Like a grandpa.

Jared: Sandy hair, muscular, clean-shaven (don't know why) with dark brown eyes and always wearing old work clothes

Jamie: Typical lean teenager, I imagine him with darker, more olive skin, straight black hair almost to his shoulders and falling in his eyes, really long-limbed, really bright, friendly eyes

Ian: Smooth, swept back black hair, tall, less obviously muscled than Jared, I imagine him with dark stubble, and those super blue eyes you notice right away on a person

Kyle: Like Ian but with more brownish hair, and his nose crooked

Melanie's body: I just built a body around the face fragment on the Host cover, caramel-colored hair, light skin, oval face

The Seeker always looks like one of those short health inspector types, with a really severe face and little square glasses and her hair cut in an almost square style

I get really weird pictures of Pet's/Wanda's body at the end...she always comes out like this little kid.
