No, Ian and Kyle aren't twins.
Ian is 25 and kyle is 30 or something
I saw that on some host Q and As?

yeah i agree, i just hate kyle through and through, the only thing i like abotu him is how he brings humor to the story, i dont care how cute he was with sunny at the end, hes a cruel, closed minded donkey who likes to push people around, i know i wouldnt be sorry for hitting kyle lmaoedwardaddicted93 wrote:He made me so mad when he insulted Ian for loving Wanda. I wanted to hit him in the face. Gr!And when he tried to kill Wanda!

Kyle is a complexe person to say the least. I agree with Speed-is-Everything how you wouldn't see how good a person is or how a character changed throughout the story without him. I actually really disliked Kyle throughout the whole story but I feel there is way more behind his exterior. We really don't know how his childhood was-were there things that really affected him as a child which carried over into adulthood? Is he afraid of change? It's pretty obvious losing Jodie to the souls (and them taking over earth) was a big one for Kyle to attacking and trying to kill Wanda. But that being said, he had a personal reason for that attack and it wasn't just random "lets kill somebody today..."
Also, just to put this into the topic, some people may say "Ian went through a similiar childhood and he didn't turn out like Kyle" but as overused as this phrase is, no two people are the same.
All in all, I'm not saying what Kyle did is justified but rather there is reasoning behind it.
((I still love Ian..hehe))

Great summary on Kyle iloveawerewolf. I never gave much thought to Kyle's childhood before. I think his character is necessary to the story to show the striking difference between the ones who accepted Wanda (Jeb, Jamie, Ian...) and the ones who didn't (Kyle, Jared, Sharon...). But there could be a serious reason for why he was much more violent about it than the other humans. It could be his personality or like you said he may really dislike change. Interesting info to ponder...iloveawerewolf... wrote:Kyle is a complexe person to say the least. i love kyle. i don't know why. he seems really stubburn and mean, but i think he's funny. he kind of reminds me of emmet. in some ways, but not the stubbourn and mean ways.
