Who else wants to become a rouge human and live in those amazing caves?!?!

ME! ME! I loved the intricacies of life in the caves. The many caves, everywhere...and how their system of humanity worked. It was a parallel to the Soul's society, everyone working and sharing, and yet they retained their humanity. It was great.

Of any of the planets...well, I like Earth, personally. Maybe the dolphin planet...but I would hate the SeeWeeds planet or something like that...imagine having no privacy like that, and no sight! That would be horrible.

Would it be possible for someone to explain the fire planet a little bit.. in all honesty I can't seem to recall why it was so bad, just that it WAS bad. I'm sure there is some meaning with it towards the end as well, so I am slightly confused.

The fire planet is a really destructive and violent planet (or at least that's how i interpreted it) lots of burning and fire. i think there was this whole problem that the dominant being of the planet would burn plants to eat them and the souls thought that the plants were being burned alive and were life forms not food sources, but then where would the food come from?

I think it would be wonderful to see any of the other planets as a visitor, not a Soul. I don't think I could take over some other being's body.

like how when Wanderer was explaining it in that college class, one kid got upset because he was a Plant on a diferent planet, and it greatly upset him to think that plants on another planet were burned alive as a food sourse.

I heartily agree. Dolphins would be pretty cool.
But, because I am only human, I still don't get the "three sexes" thing they have. it just sounds weird. Cool planet though.
Any other Planet.. hmm.... The Mists Planet. I like the cold. And it'd be pretty freaking cool to be a giant bear thing that carves ice sculptures. hahaha.
The Singing World is where the Bats live, right? If so, I'd also love to go there....
The See Weeds minds remind me vaguely of giant furry beasts we all love sooooo much... Do you know who I'm thinking of?

Is it just me, or does Stephanie have an obsession with the Pacific NW, Arizona/desert and Chicago? I mean, Forks, Jodi lived in Oregon, Edward was born in Chicago, Mel was captured there, Mel lived in Arizona, where Bella lived... yeah. It's kind of cool, all these places I'd also like to go to, but its all. one. spot. spots. places. hmm... maybe it is me.

From the descriptions given, I'd be interested in the Singing Planet or the Sea Weeds. I would rather not see the Fire Planet, seems like an allusion to hell almost. However, I wouldn't want to experience them as a human because I'm sure part of their beauty is from the eye of those that are native to the planet.

At first, I was attracted to the Mist planet and the Singing World, ,but there after a while I wanted to know more about the Fire World and why Wanderer was so vehemently against going there. Then I took into account her peaceful nature which does slant our perception of what was. I think that the Fire Planet would be most like ours.

I think one of the reasons that Wanderer did not like the Fore planet was because the dominant species was aggressive and burned other intelligent life for food. Humans are aggressive when put in this kind of situation and we also eat other creatures. The other souls were trying to get this dominant species onto another kind of food source, which reminds me of human vegetarians, I mean, we can eat things other then other animals but most choose not to. The way she talked about them kind of got me thinking that Wanderer was scared of them as she was scared of the humans, so maybe they were rebellious as well.

Well, that's my two cents on the issue.

The Singing World sounds lovely, to me, because I love music, and the Dolphins also sound wonderful because it sounds like you get everything. I wouldn't like Fire World at all... I'm scared of fire and burning things with feelings sounds horrible. As for the Bears, it sounds a little scary with the claw beasts. I need mobility, so the See Weeds and Flowers wouldn't quite be good enough for me.
