Re: Newcomer's Guide to Twilight Lexicon

2.5 pixels high? That's the same amount as the number of inches. What is the actual width and height limit for signatures? I'd like to add one but I don't want it to be oversized... Yes, it is the same number as inches. I gave the size in the typical digital measurement--pixels--and the English mea...

I'm usually on twilightsaga.com as Jacob_lover, but decided to join lex because I noticed there are fans from Oahu on here, so I want to make sure I'm not the only one going. If there's any questions, just msg me or whatever. -Megan We...

Re: Whats the difference?

The Vamptastic Fanpire wrote:Hi! I was wondering what the difference is between a post and a thread. Are they the same thing, or are the something different?

A post is a response to a thread.

Example: All 12 pages of the Newcomer's Guide is a thread. Your question comprised a post just as my response comprises a post.

One reason could be that THAT was what he was looking for. The book said he could see every memory of a person by touching them, but I doubt that each time he touches someone he's interested in learning his or her life story... he just wanted an answer to his question, and Alice gave it to him. Re: death..

Straight from an old anatomy book of mine: The common law standard for determining death is the cessation of all vital functions, traditionally demonstrated by "an absence of spontaneous respiratory and cardiac functions." Straight from my college Biology textbook: Protists and prokaryotes form ove...

I think that vampires are not dead. Vampires can't be dead if they can die again. A vampire can be killed so if vampires were already dead then you would be killing them further. You can't kill someone or something that's already dead. I hope that makes sense! My Mac creams me at computer chess. It...

Regarding homeostasis, thank you ouisa! In fact, the vampires cold temperature raises a different question. Something that does not produce heat, say a table, can still feel warm as they will take on the temperature of their surroundings. Stick the same table in a freezer, take it out and it will be...
